Okay several points, madara will never be hagoromo level, hagoromo is HALF, I repeat FREAKING HALF of prime Kaguya's power, hamura is the other half though I still think hagoromo had more when you think about it but lets keep that at half. Sasuke surpassed madara ever since he got his rinnegan. Of course sasuke can't take rinne sharnningan madara or dual rinnegan juubi Jin madara because he's a juubi Jin, his regeneration would be incredibly high plus with Shinju absorbtion. unless sasuke can do what obito did or has senjutsu then he'd stomp but that's not the case. Sasuke was given a free powerup from Hagoromo, so of course is JJ Madara compared to free power up Rikudou Sasuke.
Sasuke only has Rikudou chakra and Rinnegan, While Madara has Juubi(Rikudou chakra) Rinnegan, Sharinnegan, Hashirama SM, And RSM...
Now lets compare the two of them without Rikudou chakra.
EMS Madara>>>> EMS Sasuke
Its obvious that Madara is the stronger one with and without Rikudou powers

not really because JJ Madara had more powerups than Sasuke. Sasuke only obtained Itachi's eyes, and half of Hagoromo's chakra (Yin). Madara on the other hand had Izuna's eyes, Hagoromo's chakra (Yin and Yang), Sage Mode and the Ten Tails. Not a good way to compare powers. Anyway Sasuke surpassed SM Madara.

Lets not say that EMS is a free power up, its just a Uchiha/Indra sort of thing what had to be happened with Madara and Sasuke...
Madara captured the Bijuu, awakened the Rinnegan by himself to steal Hashirama's DNA in the mid of the battle and stole Hashirama's SM fair and square...

Obito was able to use Kaguya's Jutsu more then 4 times just with Sakura's chakra. I'm sure Prime Madara has a lot more chakra then Sakura tho.
Madara is stronger it's so obviously man, just fanboys will say something else.
Sasuke can't to anything that would really bring Madara in danger. They still think it's a Naruto/ Sasuke vs. MADARA fight lol
He has no chance alone.
Sasuke was just good in controlling the Bijuu Chakra like Hagoromo. But it doesn't mean he was at gis level, even if it would not be enough to beat Madara

But Sasuke sliced Juubidara in half despite Juubidara having one of the fastest dojutsu techniques in the manga.
He didn't care at that moment about Sasuke otherwise he would avoid that attack and lets not forget he didn't have his Gudodama at that time thanks to Minato otherwise Sasuke would turn into nothing.
And after all this he didn't even damage Madara he simply recovered his half body in a flash
