Agreed, ppl are stupid these days if they can compare current sauce to maddy, jj madz would have negged current shin, ppl make me laugh when they say current sauce is better cuz it's simply not true, sauce never surpass maddy, oro was wrong.

By surpassing/becoming stronger than, you mean chakra levels? If chakra levels determined who was stronger, than Naruto would have always been stronger than everyone.

Sasuke can surpass Madara as a fighter, he can become more skilled than him, more fast then him,etc.

Madara doesn't have a teleportation jutsu, much less a Dimension shifting Jutsu. Madara wasn't ever said to be on the Sage's level in chakra control, Sasuke was when he had the Rinnegan for a couple hours, now he knows a Kaguya level technique.
