From the looks of it, Sasuke's is still 6 Tomoe. To be very honest, it could be - small chance - 9 Tomoe, but as his eye never fully opens, it's the former for now. He doesn't have two Rinnegans, it's the same one. It's just unique. It isn't Rinnegan nor it is Rinne-Sharingan; it's something in-between as its powers exceed that of double Rinnegan by quite a lot of margin, proven by his use of Outer Path and Deva Path and a Kaguya-like Teleporation technique, that unlike her's, is instant!

No. Sasuke has a Rinnegan and Kaguya has a RinneSharingan. The RinneSharingan can only be awakened by having the power of the ten-tails and going near the moon. It also has nine tomoe while Sasuke's Rinnegan, which simply incorporates his Sharingan powers, has only six.

Kaguya only has one, her other eyes are Byakugan, so her n one eye = 9T

Sasuke on the other hand, has the Sharingan in one eye, 6T Rinnegan in the other. That equals oh who knew? 9 tomoe just like Naruto has the combined chakra of the Jyubi, Sasuke has the combined eye power of the Juubi.

its still the same rinnegan not two but when the tomoes are present he can utilize more abilities. its funny because his eye functions closest to the rinnesharingan, as well as having the standard 6 path abilities of the rinnegan. can also use sharingan techniques through it. its basically a 3 in one package
