Cursed seal has no conscious and doesn't give him strategies + advice. There are advantages when fighting in pairs. I.e jins and squads.

Are you really counting the instance Sasuke was taken over by Oro as help? Oros conscious only appears when he tries to use CM with no chakra. All those battles occurred with Oro completely suppressed.

Well sorry for the misunderstanding in regards to that scan it doesn't actually disprove my statement. Oro conscious layed doormant for the most part and hindered him when it appeared. Oro conscious appearing is a complete take over for Oro so Sasuke isn't receiving help in fact he loses his life the instant he interferes.

Okay, yes his consciousness layed Dormant while Sasuke had the chakra to supress him.But how did releasing Oro hinder him at all? The fight was pretty much over after Kirin, so him coming along prolonged the inevitable defeat. Him releasing Oro isn't like undoing the seal for Naruto where he actually would die. nothing happens to Sasuke (

Oros goal was to take over Sasukes body. Once Oro is released in that manner the only thing left for Oro to do was consume him whole while he was weakened.

You also have to realize that the way Oros conscious is released from Sasuke CM would be for him to be in a weakened/desperate state. IT also didn't seem like Sasuke was aware Oros conscious layed dormant until it was too late.
