The OP is not obviously correct as much i admire Sasuke ,Naruto has taken down most of the Rinnegan users in the battlefield .

He took on Nagato,Obito,Previous Jinchurikies , Madara ,Kaguya and ends with Sasuke . His battle with Sasuke showed his battle against Kaguya weakened him a way m,ore since he took on her most of the times because Sasuke was in another portal .

The recording of battle at different stages cannot be judged by Naruto's efficient handling towards Rinnegan User. By the time he fought Obito he knew where Rinnegan weak point was and exploited it ! So on everylevel this post is wrong .
