Alright, so I see a lot of people stating that what Suigetsu said here :
Could be used to say that Karin possibly isn't the mother, due to him not being certain if it's origins... But this is what Suigetsu meant:
Suigetsu meant that he thought that Karin kept the umbilical cord from her own birth all these years, but now he thinks it could be the umbilical cord from her pregnancy with Sarada.
Anticipated response:
"She could've kept it after helping Sakura through her pregnancy"
My rebuttal: No, unless you want to say that the hospital nurses keep the umbilical cord after our mothers give birth and that Japanese hospitals are filled with cords. Also it is Burnaby the mother who keeps the cord, so the fact that she has it should be further proof that Karin is indeed the mother of Sarada.
