Did you guys notice the scar on Sarada?

At first, when I saw the poster, I thought it was just her belly, then I saw the larger version of it and I noticed the scar. I can tell it is a scar because of the pink coloration around the area, and Kishi obviously let her belly showing to evidence that. What are your thoughts on it? Something from when they were trying to rescue Sakura? Scar or just abs line?

I think it's just a line following the rightward contour of her abs. She has abs. They're defined not because she's strong but because she's slim (though a ninja has to be strong). It extends above her bellybutton, which the part of the anatomy you're trying to say it is, does not do.
