If it was Hagoromo's/Hamura's father BZ would know.
It has no way to somehow get (or make) Hagoromo's chakra.

Yeah, but that person wouldn't have even had chakra. Remember, Kaguya is the progenitor. How would he have a Rinnegan when the Rinnegan originated from the Rinne Sharingan which was like The Shinju/Fruit's power which became Kaguya's? Makes no sense.

seems right rinnegans in hands seems crazy also how would they work because whenever someone had eyes on their arms they ended up using them for izanagi I don't think we've seen rinnegans or even sharingans tech be used if there not in their eye socket
