seems right rinnegans in hands seems crazy also how would they work because whenever someone had eyes on their arms they ended up using them for izanagi I don't think we've seen rinnegans or even sharingans tech be used if there not in their eye socket

Yeah, but that person wouldn't have even had chakra. Remember, Kaguya is the progenitor. How would he have a Rinnegan when the Rinnegan originated from the Rinne Sharingan which was like The Shinju/Fruit's power which became Kaguya's? Makes no sense.

Exept that's flowed logic. Since Kaguya was the first who had chakra and Hagoromo the first to ever awaken the Rinnegan. BZ said it and he is the will of Kaguya. If he could obtain the Riinnegan in another way than getting the Sage's chakra he would but he didn't another way... Kaguya has all the chakra in the world and the Rinne Sharingan which is stronger than the Rinnegan. Viz scan said the the new threat will make Kaguya look scary not the new Villain is more powerful...

I meant that was the exact spot where Hashi DNA was implanted and it grew into a face. If the face is gone, then it would imply that Hashi's DNA is also gone to a normal reader leading to a conclusion that the Rinnegan is gone also.

Logically, the Hashi Cells would have multiplied and spread everywhere in Madara's body which means his Rinnegan is permanent, but the normal reader won't think that in the first read.

If Hashi's DNA is there, Rikudou chakra would still be produced to power the Rinnegan.

Lml. Hagoromo's chakra was created in Madara's body, it didn't leave after he died, it wouldn't leave because of something mundane like that. The moment Indra and Ashura's chakra mixed and created Hagoromo's chakra inside Madara's body it was apart of Madara.
