PS obliterates them once it comes out, and they can't stop it. 1 slash kills B. 1 slash kills Mu when he becomes visible to use Jinton. The final slash wipes Kabuto off the face of the planet. B is the only remote factor, and he can't even scratch PS without using Renzoku Bijuu Dama, and even then, the damage he does will be miniscule at best.

Senpō: Hakugeki no Jutsu can't do anything outside the cave, knowing PS or Hachibi would demolish the location with their transformation. So mentioning it is irrelevant. But the probability of Madara pulling PS out on the start of the match is quite likely. Intel is manga, which means Madara will know Bee is perfect Jinchuuriki and will pose him danger with his Bijuu capability, and he will resort to PS at any moment Bee resorts to Hachibi's power.

PS shockwaves cut. Full Kurama's Bijuu Dama being affected (Not "effected") means that you are obviously referring to them being cut.
