There's no way a single bomb is going to provide a big enough distraction for him to get into the air when Hiruzen's scale is humongous, and when Hiruzen will be expecting him to do this. If Hiruzen attacks with Raiton then the bomb never even goes off, and there's a chance Deidara gets hit in the crossfire.
Then there's the fact that due to the AoE, he'll have to wait till he's not so close to it if he wants to detonate, otherwise he'll kill himself while Hiruzen is protected. C1's not a game changer.

Read above. As for damage, not an issue due to Enma's cage or Doton Wall, which should at the very least, soften the damage from the attack. Downing the Sanbi isn't really a good feat considering it was wild with no Jinchuuriki, and Kishimoto decided to give the other Bijuu better abilities all around later on. C2 is much stronger and it couldn't even put down Hebi Sasuke. That offensive power isn't even going to make Hiruzen sweat.

Bijuu getting new abilities has nothing to do with there durability instead of trying to downgrade Deidara's explosion you should give credit to Sasuke for tanking an attack like that.

Furthermore that is a terrible plan Hiruzen would be focusing on dodging them rather then trying to anticipate when Deidara blows them up. Deidara could also just let his birds get near Hiruzen then lift up the hand sign to blow them but does not to force Hiruzen to use his mud wall prematurely then once they get around it blow them up Hiruzen trying to anticipate when Deidara will blow them gets him no where but dead. It would leave him sore. Never said that it'd do any real damage to his body let alone actually cut through it. It being a "run of the mil blade" is pretty much a terrible, and utterly false, assumption from you, and it contradicts pretty much everything we know about the blade.

Leaving him sore slows him down puts him and pain meaning his body is nowhere near the durability level of a 4TK naruto which is not even tough enough to withstand a raikiri.

Kusanagi being legendary does not make it better than your run a the mil blade especially when it failed to cut anything impressive. Enma having small holes in it doesn't change the fact that the brunt of the explosion will be blocked. The explosion isn't like water or fire. Had to block the second bomb with CM2 since he couldn't evade without the chance of getting turned to paste by the landmines, and he actually took damage from that, which would also affect the time it takes for him to retaliate.

Sasuke knew were the land mines were at so that is no excuse he could not evade it because the aoe was to large to dodge and thats just that, He could not counter attack from two reasons his shuriken we're not set up yet and Deidara fired his birds and such good succession of each other it was simple impossible for him to do anything.

Not sure why Hiruzen isn't taking down the cage before Deidara preps another bird considering they are all just clones. All he (Or Enma?) has to do is think it and the cage vanishes just like any other clone jutsu. Now, unless Deidara can prep and fire C2 and then hit Hiuzen before he can use any jutsu, you have no point here.

Hiruzen wont put down his cage until the dust clears so he can actually prove he's save and when another bird rains down on him before the dust clear he is stuck in a lose lose situation.

The distraction strategy is the bane of this part of your post, and I addressed it above. If he never gets his distance, then this isn't going to work.

It's best and only mobility feats are when it's underwater. It can't fly, so don't give it that ability. On land it's basically another C1 bomb that Hiruzen would easily counter with a small raiton stream. It won't be able to evade, nor will it blow up once it's been hit. Or Hiruzen can outright evade it and deal with Deidara and whatever he's trying to pull instead. Deidara isn't getting both his C2 Dragon and himself in the air with C1 as a distraction. Only a single Hiruzen is needed to ward off all C1 attempts. Old boy makes a clone and then goes after Deidara himself. Fish bomb is strong, but nigh useless here since we are on land. The rest can home, but Hiruzen can easily counter that as stated above.

Deidara can use his fish bombs as a throwing tool so they do not need to travel by themselves and using 20 of them at a time would provide good coverage from all of Hiruzen's clones especially if he uses them in a 360, then Deidara would travel underground with his Ultimate escape jutsu. We've seen his birds have no problem moving through earth material so they are not slowed down by the ground once that happens he escape from the ground with his bird while leaving an unnoticed clone in the ground Hiruzen would be focused on Deidara flying to high into the sky to even be bothered with the notion he would even try to use landmines considering how ineffective he think they might be. Once Deidara gets his distance he then summons his c2 dragon while his homing c1 distract Hiruzen before Hiruzen can take action he lures himself back into the battlefield luring Hiruzen's attention while his clone has traveled to the distance he flew collectiong the package (Landmines) which the dragon has spitting up, and that is basically the end of the beginning for Hiruzen.

And your strategy assumes that once the C2 dragon has been formed, that Hiruzen will shift all his attention away from it and to Deidara specifically, even though given the C2 Dragon's lack of mobility feats, taking out while in the air isn't going to be a problem, at all. Enma extension, or Raiton would take it out before it ever got far. The only way it'll get a great distance is if Hiruzen lets it do so, or if Deidara can actually distract Hiruzen. Which he can't. C1 isn't going to do anything major since Hiruzen can have a clone or two counter it with techs like Earth Wall and Karyu Endan. Since C1 is a poor attempt at a distraction here, Deidara (or his clone, whatever he chooses) is easily noticed trying to sneak underground and then it promptly taken out by Hiruzen (or his clones, whatever he chooses. It's inconsequential)

That is why Deidara would summon his C2 dragon once he got his distance so it would not be taking out by Hiruzen to quickly and once Deidara summoned it he would engage Hiruzen with a barrage of attacks image

or a masked explosion so his dragon can get his distance. Once his Dragon his high enough and starts to shoot its c2 birds it pretty much over for Hiruzen. Deidara clone would have gotten into the ground with his first attempt on getting into the air so Hiruzen is not seeing shit. C1 is no a poor attempt at a distraction bird moving at the speed they do would cause Hiruzen some trouble him having 5 clones and 2 of the 5 having the proper elemental attacks to pose a threat to the birds moving that fast and swiftly definitely causes Hiruzen some trouble. Your giving Enma to much credit Hiruzen cannot use his elemental jutsu and enma at once his elemental jutsu requires a hand sign to be used Enma in stick form needs to be held and he cannot hold it while his hands are lock in the jutsu formation.

Also you have to choose Enma cannot be used as an effective attack if the cage is up and then Hiruzen has no defense once he's using Enma as strickly offense.

This strategy would've worked if Hiruzen couldn't make clones to mutli task. One for defense. One to handle the giant C2 Dragon, and another to stop Deidara from prepping the landmines. Hell. If Hiruzen acts fast enough, which he should be able to given the infinitely faster jutsu casting time (one hand sign for his elemental techniques, including Karyu Endan. No hand signs for Doton Wall), stopping the C2 Dragon should foil the landmine strategy altogether.

But he will not if someone has full intel on Deidara the first thing they would think to do is stop him from getting into the skies in that is and will be Hiruzen main priority as i explained above Deidara sets this up pretty easily (To the judges i should not get points taken for referring to my counter to the same post so me saying as i explained above should be acceptable.) Except 1 clone cannot defend against all of Deidara's c1 attacks especially when they can only use 1 elemental jutsu at a time 20 birds gets clean around that some may get caught but he's not hitting them all before he gets got. The C2 dragon is far out of Hiruzen's reach when it is summoned Deidara had no problem flying village radius against Gaara Hiruzen and no shape or form is catching Deidara or stopping him from getting to far away from him so that c2 dragon can be effective.

Um. If he extends Enma as he swings it, the bold doesn't become an issue. Not to mention he doesn't just have to evade one Enma, he has to evade another Enma and then some elemental jutsu while he's at it. Did you just decide to ignore that part of my post? I clearly stated that Hiruzen would make clones so he can multi task. So no, he won't be left wide open nor will Deidara evade unless Hiruzen has let him reach his optimal, highest altitude. And like I've stated multiple times, Hiruzen strikes while Deidara is on the ground, or while he's trying to get high in the air. Deidara isn't going to be out of Hiruzen's reach the moment he gets on the bird. He has plenty of time to attack.

Enma is not Gin ichimaru's bankai it does not extend instantly nor does it have the speed extending to catch Deidara, As if stated Hiruzen cannot swing 5 enma's and shoot 5 elements at the same time not physically possible but if he could Deidara has got out of much sticker situation then these straight forward attacks

Whether or not he can act while retracting Enma doesn't matter when he has his clones to defend him from C1 and C2. Not to mention Deidara using attacks while Hiruzen is trying to whack him is only going to slow him down and cause him to get hit, while Hiruzen blocks whatever attack Deidara has sent down.

well above village level i haved explained in my whole post how Deidara gets that high he far faster than all of Hiruzen's Long range attacks he has the dodging skills to do so considering he dodged shukaku's hands also Deidara is adept at dodging and fighting at the same time read above child.

The dishonesty is so strong right now. Learn what a mediocre elemental attack is. An elemental jutsu that is larger than the Bijuu is not mediocre. This is larger than Madara's Gouka Mekkyaku, as in the the Katon he used on the alliance, much larger. Gouka Mekkyaku is far from mediocre let alone this. As long as Hiruzen doesn't let him get too high in the air, these will suffice.
