This is what I meant. She doesn't know that the sand is poisonous, so she doesn't dodge the iron sand, because she believes, that her regeneration will protect her, nut it will actually be the cause of her fast death.
If its EP2 Sakura, Sasori still easily wins.

However, from Sasori's fight with Kankuro, when he said he'd die in 3 days, it's subtly stated that in some way his cells were affected, I mean you don't just upright, die from a poison that isn't playing with your cells. Just my take on things.
Pretty sure the databook stats that the poison is 'heavy metal based' meaning it works through necrosis and entering the cells. Eventually, the cells would die and that would ultimately be the death of said person. Prior to that, the poison is sitting in the cells, and not killing them. That means there's plenty of time for Tsunade to accumulate the level of toxicity in her body. And yes, Byakugo only works when she has injuries. ISW is the first injury, and the cuts she receives is constituting many millions of cells which have a good chance of being split from poisoned cells. How hard is it for Sasori to cut her up again? Not hard at all actually, assuming he chooses to use his large supply of Iron Sand.

Sasori chooses to make that the battle field and Sakura/Chiyo will have to watch out for attacks from below and from in front for every second of this fight. Not to mention IC Sakura will be tending to Chiyo's wounds with no antidote, more than enough time to strike her down then.
Pretty confident it's in the databook as well as the anime.
If it kills off cells then Byakugo has nothing to to divide so it wont speed up the process anyway.
I know Sasori wrecks Sakura and Chiyo but what I am saying is Byakugo will bypass the paralysis the poison does to the body.

The cells only die at the very end. So after 3 days, assuming Tsunade doesn't use Byakugo. Much faster when she does.
Only for a few minutes, after that she'll drop down given the effect of poison.
It's either a hemotoxin or a neurotoxin. Regardless of which it is, she wouldn't be able to heal either as they both don't directly kill cells, but rather remain in them slowly killing the person and spreading throughout the body. She'd either be paralysed from the neurotoxin for paralysing her nerves or passes out from her blood clotting due to the hemotoxin. You can choose if you will.
Foh, you can at least make the match-up decent by debating with someone strong. Gaara is a joke, pick Rikudo if you like.

You're simply delusional. If you weren't so biased you would actually convince people of the fact that Sakura is underrated. If you said things like: Sakura stands a chance against (kage level oponent) because she has shown (bla bla)
But instead, you say things like: Sakura solos (kage level oponent) med diff, because she has the best chakra control and she can use it to enhace her sunshin to reach god-like speed and with her byakugo seal she is immortal and her will power > posion and (bla bla) and all you gain from that is more hate towards sakura
