Pre Byakugou Tsunade countered chiyos poisons while in battle somehow . Sakura would've just used different jutsu, also she can just remove it from her system

Byakugo wouldnt stop it but it will lessen the effects still allowing the person to move when they shouldnt be because Byakugo puts people in super mode making them move with their spine broke in half.

It would make Sakura herself stronger to follow through, but the longer she uses it to temporarily enhance herself, the faster she goes down from accelerated cell division. Sasori could create an IS block and use it to levitate himself. Would make for a very interdasting match. Watching Sakura quicken her own death, that is.

We dont know what internally Sasori's poison does. Byakugo only makes cells when the user gets injured.

And again Byakugo bypasses crazy damage like having the spine broken in half, so she would still be able to move when she shouldnt be.
