Why are Naruto fans quiet..

Naruto isn't my favourite character but I'm surprised no one has mentioned his feat in Gaiden even though it was overshadowed by his rustiness.

Correct me if I'm wrong but he seems to have regenerated on his own will, I repeat, regenerated on his own will

The Madara fight was the last and only time he performed the feat

In addition, he could still use jutsu and talk and be active whilst having his guts stabbed, suggesting he can't feel pain nor suffer from physical damage.

What does this mean ?

1. He has the body of a Juubi Jinchuuriki

2. His healing feats are on par if not better than Mokuton

3. He still has Rikudou power

Well what can you say! He is an Uzumaki! They are all tough nuts to crack and I personally thinks Sasuke and Naruto both still have their powers. They are just not significant at the moment! And Sasuke is still punishing himself by NOT having his arm made by Tsunade!

No Naruto could definitely feel pain otherwise he wouldn't have put down the kurama protection. The healing only means Naruto has gotten better at using Kurama chakra.

Also I doubt Naruto's healing is on Hashi's lvl since Madara compared it to tsunade's

Agreed, but he wasn't conscious then so technically Kurama was the one doing the healing for him

Naruto's healing is on Hashi's level because he regenerated his organs and body, cell regeneration is primarily a Mokuton feat

Being conscious or unconscious has no relationship or cause and effect to whether his healing takes place.

Kimimaro has regeneration, so does Karin, and Orochimaru :|

Also didn't Kakashi get stabbed by Obito and showed no kind of weakening and instead chidori'd him through the heart.

I'm pretty sure when he says "Don't worry I'll be fine soon." it's because he knew Kurama would heal him.

& didn't notice this "healing feat" mostly because if Kishi wanted to show us a regeneration feat. I'm pretty sure he would have emphasized on it.

Evidence points to the contrary of your additional point:
-he was unable to maintain his kurama avatar (would be pretty stupid to deactivate it by choice )
-showed expressions of pain in response to the stab (albeit delayed)
