b) i am very much against obito being tobi. i think its pretty darn unlikely

ah... damn... after reviewing that post i realize i don't make alot of sense 10 after waking up.

What i meant to say is that tobi is Izuna.
there's not as much supporting evidence as there is for an obito connection, but it'd be unexpected.

perhaps i should launch a thread discussing why i think what i think.

I've been thinking and looking over pics of other uchiha members and I think that madara is shisui they have the same hair and he was never shown dead and I know that danzo had the other eye but I think he stole some other uchihas eyes and uses them I may be wrong but just a thought Ao was not present during the lager meeting when madara showed up so he wasn't able to read the chakara

when was shisui ever shown that you came up with the fact that they have the same hair, proof is all i ask...

edit: oh yeah and tobis hair is the same colour as madaras, he could have just as easily got a haircut

Even if Tobi is Shisui I don't think he could have controlled Pain common he had the Rinnegan which is more powerful than the Sharingan, IMO Pain thought that Madara's way of peace was right until Naruto showed him the correct path

shisui is shown in chapter 459 during the kage meeting when AO remebers the chakra. i really do believe that its him his body was never shown and supposevely madara assisted with itachis plan. so my thinking here is that shisui and madara are related got a hold of madara eyes after the battle with the 1st. found out about itachis plans decided between both to fake the suicide, they kill all uchiha, in between all of that danzo get a hold of all the sharigans and the ones inplanted in a fake body by itachi and shisui.now he wears the mask to hide his true identity. that my first theory of how it happened



now this one i think personally is a lil better. I think it is shisui hes related to madara after the battle with the 1st shisui and itachi run into madara.i know they are to young but he somehow survived the battle. hes hiding runs into both of them they get together itachi and shisui plan to kill madara kill him being that he is weak get ahold of the eyes and itachi is able to awaken his MS off the kill. he inplants his eyes in a fake body fake the suicide. he gets the EMS. they going on the uchiha killing spree. shisui starts thinking he really is madara (i guess the eyes may have some kind of a backfire) danzo goes around collecting eyes and grabs shisuis eyes to off the fake body somehow. they both are in akatski as friends but then start drawing apart because of the power hunger off the EMS but still repsect each other and orochimaru somehow finds out who he really is and leaves after the trying to get itachis eyes and now that kabuto has some oro in him he realizes and pieces everything together and shows him madaras real body to keep shisui in check. just 2 theory of how it can be him.



and now that i read more into the chapter i realize on page 13 madara says begin and shows his eye and then page 14 AO immediately realizes whats going on like if it was a hint then you put the hair in the picture of madara and shisui together similiar and kabuto bringing out the last coffin to madara and freaking him out kina all connects if you ask me

Evil Naruto: Heh...comrades? I bet they'd sell you out in a second if they were in a tight enough spot. Just like Sasuke did.

Naruto: Shut up! Sasuke is my friend! He didn't sell me out, he's just trapped in the darkness because of Itac....

Evil Naruto: Heh, stupid excuses...Sasuke isn't coming out of the darkness. He's akatsuki now...he wants to destroy Konoha! HE WANTS TO KILL US! Why don't you just end the pathetic little twerp now...save us the trouble later.

Naruto: I WILL SAVE SASUKE! He's my comrade! I will do anything to...

Evil Naruto: Yeah yeah...I've heard it all before. How many times are you going to go after him anyway? How many times are you going to get shut out by that *******?

Yamato: Naruto-kun!!!! Shit! "Hokage-Style Sixty-year-old Technique: Enclosed Hermitage Return to Society." (Yamato performs the seals and we see that the Kyuubi's cloak has begun to leak out of Naruto. Yamato seals it and runs to Naruto's side.) Naruto! Are you okay??

Naruto: Yamato-sensei... w...what happened?

Motoi: It appears as though Naruto wasn't able to surpress his anger against his alternate personality. This waterfall creates an alternate ego of the person underneath. A regular person would not be able to stand being underneath it...but since Naruto has the Kyuubi, once he is unable to control his anger, it simply begins leaking out. It was the same for Killerbee-san.

Naruto: So...you mean that if I can defeat my alternate, I will be able to control the kyuubi?

Motoi: Mmmm, not really, but you will be one step closer. The kyuubi will no longer be able to leak out without your consent, but it will take a while for you to completely control the kyuubi.

Naruto: Then...then I HAVE to destroy him!

Motoi: No, no! You cannot fight with your alternate...you have to defeat it by controlling your anger and finally banishing it from your soul. If you fight with it, you will lose every time.

Naruto: Then I'll have to try again! (Runs forward)

Yamato: No! Naruto, you're way too exhausted! It's pointless to do this while you can't focus... NARUTO! (Uses wood style and traps Naruto in wood)

Naruto: W-w-w-WHAT!! YAMATO-SENSEI!!!!!!! I HAVE TO GO TRAIN NOW!!!!

Yamato: *whispers* he didn't hear a word I said.......ugh (he releases Naruto and Naruto jumps back into the waterfall)

Scene changes to Kisame inside of Samehada-

(Killerbee is off to go training with Samehada alone in the forest)

Kisame: Hmph...he is making this too easy for me. I'll have this done in no time. Good, it seems that Samehada is hungry. Heh heh.

Scene changes to Akatsuki hideout-

Madara: Soon we shall have the eight tails...and then...

Yeah, he could always seal the kyuubi, the necklace just helped. I'm pretty sure he gained the ability to seal up to 3 tails, but after that, when he goes into little kyuubi form with 4 tails, he needs the necklace to seal it. Remember when Naruto was training to make the rasenshuriken? All Yamato had to do then was hit him with his wood technique...the necklace wasn't necessary.

i think that u have some interesting points but if we were to go by the info u gave us, it would also b possible for tobi to b obito as much as it pains me to say. But look @ their hair. it does resemble shisui but it looks a lot more like obitos. plus the connection between tobi's eye and kakashi's eye. their techs r erily similar. plus we never seen either of them use any of the other normal sharingan techs. With all the water I would guess from the Island with Kisame and Maito Gai, then the valley of the end with Naruto and Sasuke and then Konoha, the war.
