Because he was familiar with their chakara. He didn't sense them solely based on gender. Try harder :|

Sasuke informed Naruto he was attacked by an Uchiha. Naruto also knew Sasuke was tracking a villain probably stronger than Kaguya. Yet he let Sarada and fatass tag along? Why? He even put their life in danger.

Kakashi was ready to go back to village when he found the mission with the bridge builder was higher than what he requested.

. He was only meeting with Sasuke to talk about Shin and possibility any other information they found. You act like Sasuke would easily be tracked without him noticing and that bring with Naruto and Sasuke is less safe than being in the village with a clone of Naruto. Naruto knows Shin can come and go with a teleportation jutsu so Salada being in Konoha wouldn't be that hard to get to her just like how a 14 yr old Obito with the same teleportation got into Konoha without raising the alarm.

Yet Kakashi didn't. So he put his 3 genin ninjas in peril for not going back to Konoha. Differences is that Kakashi stated himself that he let his skills dulled in time in part 1 and he is not the strongest in Konoha while yes Naruto's skilled dulled, He is still the strongest ninja around and even the enemy didn't want to mess with him alone. In the latest chapter, Naruto only got hurt because of Sasuke, had Sasuke not been there then nothing the Shins could do would hurt Naruto while he's in his barrier. Naruto told Sasuke not to let his guard down and also didn't think Shin's MS would work against Sasuke. So nothing you listed shows Naruto being irresponsible when it's quite the opposite
