Is Naruto still irresponsible?

OP, Naruto is naive. Established since part 1. Worst part is he knew they were following him outside the village but did nothing about it until they walked past the gate.

Naruto is a hokage and it is his decision to take sarada and Chocho along with him.

No one can deny or argue over hokage's decisions.

Last time on the hokage's order, entire shinobi clan was annihilated. Even sasuke calls Naruto as a Lord Seventh instead of Naruto despite the fact that naruto is his best freind

You're the one that should read. That was AFTER they were attack. Of course, Naruto had to keep them close after Sarada was attacked. He noticed them following him, but didn't do anything until it was too late. Naruto knew they were following. He knew they were behind the Konoha Gates, but did nothing.

What's the difference ? They were gonna tail him anyway.

The kids are at fault here, he was on his way ,minding his own business until they had to

drag his ass over their family dilemma. Naruto had no idea it was the kids who were tailing him,
it could have been anyone.

Added to that, Sarada persuaded Bolt over the bento, so it's obvious who's at fault here​

I didn't fail to mention anything, i am just telling you why your alternatives are flawed and addressed in the manga. Plus, if they are after Sarada then having her by the side of 2 of the strongest shinobi is better than leave her out of Naruto and Sasuke's reach if the threat decides to go after her.
