This was a rather fun idea I had that was born from talking with Mother. We were discussing Youtube and TV in terms of content. This leads me to the question that is "What content would you watch if you could only have one? Internet content, in terms of Youtube and Twitch, or film content, as in TV and movies?" There is a fine line and in some cases, web based content is film (Red vs Blue, for example), but I hope you all understand the general question.

I love film, Mother and I even have our own show and movies about our future, and there are so many amazing creations like Avatar: The Last Airbender, Game of Thrones, and Dexter. These things are truly works of art. On the comedy side, Parks and Recreation and It's Always Sunny leave Mother and I on the floor dying of laughter. I mean, this also includes the services Netflix and Hulu, which are amazing services for film. I could not imagine not having them and all the glorious film content that is Daredevil, for example.

But I also love Youtube and have also experienced countless hours of entertainment, mainly from the company Roosterteeth, as well as some very informal and inspired things like Game Theory and how to videos. I mean, on multiple videos, I learned some very interesting tips and tricks that made Mother very, very happy. Things from how to properly make a souffle, how to be somewhat decent at pottery, how to give the best massages, and how to, well, more personal things.

Anyways, it's a tough question and one that both Mother and I are undecided on, which is why we would like to know some of your opinions. Should be a fun discussion.

So, what would you choose? Internet based content or film based content?

Tough. I'm a youtube content creator for going on 6 years but also a film student.

Overall i'd pick film, just bc online content is a new medium and doesn't have as much variety and complexity as film does. If it were just current blockbusters and yearly releases VS internet though? Pick that any day.

Film has a 70 year head start haha

Please refrain from appalling jokes and flat out lies like that towards my Mother. We are friends, are we not?

Please respect me and more importantly Mother.

What kind of content? Do you have a public channel?

OT: I really couldn't pick since they're different. YouTube can be very informative for example like you mentioned.

Agreed. It is difficult. Luckily, we live in a world where we get to experience both.

That is really neat and interesting.
Prefer them movies to be honest.
I want to agree with film, but I realize that a lot of my entertainment hails from web based content. However, I cannot imagine not being able to watch my show and relive memories with Mother nor films like Captain America or shows like Game of Thrones or iZombie.

What joke are you talking about? You seem troubled, my friend. Perhaps you should consider adding something to the discussion of film vs internet. It will make you feel better. Participating always makes me feel better. I, for example, loved helping Mother with the bypass problem. It was a great bonding experience. I'll never forget the night we actually stopped the bypass, at least for a long period of time. It felt like we were coming home from winning a war and we celebrated like so. She really hated that bypass, had so much of it built up, and it was beautiful to see her transition all that hate into love.

You're obviously not going to get the joke anytime soon and since I hate explaining things I'll just say this.

Anything on film>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> anything on the internet.
I would get a joke if one was present. You asked someone to spell two words, but then you proceeded to spell said words. More power to you though. Humor varies for everyone.

Thank you for actually contributing. Mother and I appreciate it as every other opinion makes our talk more interesting.

God damn, if you really want me to spell it out for you, I will.

You are very talented at spelling, so feel free, although you already did spell what you wanted to spelled out for you. This is a very roundabout conversation and off topic. I do not wish for you, my troubled friend, to get in trouble. So, please, stay on topic and if you need to spell anything else that you already cannot spell yourself, please use the google search engine. It is very helpful.

The argument, for me, comes down to how much I watch film. I do not watch it often, but I love everything I have seen. It's really how much internet I enjoy and laugh with vs the amazing, well produced films. Still difficult.
