So, between using Izanagi to heal himself and asking Sakura to transplant his organs into young Shin.

One of these would solve Shin's problems immediately, while the other depends on Sakura's willingness to help a character who doesn't need help.

No I don't care to explain because I can't, and neither can you. Let the manga progress before making assumptions and passing them off as fact.

Similar appearance of arm determines absolutely nothing at all. It could be an entirely different technique for all we know. As of right now, the only ability Shin has is the ability to control weapons with his MS. Anything else is a combination of speculation and straw grasping.

Or there is another hidden agenda with the sharingan instead of spamming Izanagi like Danzo? Cuz Kishi could literally just mention what their actual goal is, and say that for a certain step of the goal, it requires a buttload of Sharingan eyes.

Yes, and he was extremely confident in his abilities, if he had activated the timer after the hit, he would've come back still injured.
And he was too confident about his abilities to set it up before he went, you know how Uchiha's are so overconfident.
