As long as there are more Shinto Gods and Goddesses, their is room for new Uchiha Jutsu.

No. I'm merely pointing out the lack of variety that arises when you focus on one group of people in the story.
The Uchiha Clan have the most development of all the clans, nearly all of them have been villains (so that gurantees them major roles), their long list of ocular jutsu (which I listed above) makes them better than others by default of being born into the clan and not training/discovering these new abilities. Like in DB, where unless you are a Saiyan, expect to get no play or relevance in the story. Will just give the basic level of SSJ and suddenly you'll be better than most of the main cast.
