I don't think he lost his 6 tomoe rinnegan. There is just no reason to use it on these fodda. It seems people want him to be weaker so they could see him use his 6TR.

I'd say it's good he doesn't use it. To me it would show he's gotten better in base to not need such abilities for every fight.

I highly doubt Masashi,and all his assistants forgot Sasuke had a Tomoe Rinnegan. Sasuke being able to activate, and de-activate tomoes goes to show his mastery over his powers.

I don't see why he wouldn't be able to go from his normal eyes too Sharingan too EMS, too Rinnegan, and then Tomoe Rinnegan.

But i get your point. You're saying Sasuke's Rinnegan has tomoes,which can't be de-activated like how Sasuke can't go switch t from EMS to MS.

Nah bijuu chakra ain't part of it, the power came straight from the six paths, the form would have been available whether naruto had bijuu chakra or not. The only thing is the bijuu chakra(mostly kurama's) made the RSM stronger
