Even if you're right about them losing Rikudo chakra, that isn't hardcore proof.Furthermore, if memory serves me correctly, Kishimoto has drawn Sasuke's Rinnegan without tome before, and he definitely had "Rikudo chakra" then. I have to disagree with the thread.

Technically it wasn't even chidori, since it needs two ams for hand-signs. It was the Rinnegan that destroyed the meteor or say upped the scale of chidori U_U

Back then the tomoe would re-appear after the eye was charged up U_U Now there are no tomoes.

No other rinnegan can utilize MS techs or cast genjutsu.Sasuke's eye is different from the standard rinnegan, saying his eye became a normal rinnegan is like saying Sasuke lost Amaterasu and the ability to use genjutsu :wesobi:
