If Sasuke awaken his Rinnegan on his own, why he only awaken it in one eye not two. Unless Hagoromo power help Sasuke to obtained that kind of Rinnegan. Tomoes not mean much as Sasuke still can used Amenotejikara, the moves that only Hagoromo power can gave.

Madara got both eyes because he got Indra chakra (Yin) and Ashura chakra (Yang) to awaken Hagoromo chakra (Yin Yang) while Sasuke got only the Yin half of Hagoromo's chakra. Hashirama cells can't be used to awaken Hagoromo's chakra anymore, why else would Hagoromo tell Naruto Madara did this "before the transmigration ended"? And not just said he managed to get Hashirama cell in general? Why would he mention Madara not being Indra's transmigrator anymore and that's why he's trying to gain power close to Hagoromo and Kaguya? Sasuke needs Naruto's cells for double Rinnegan.

Obito had Madara's Rinnegan and half his body is made of Hashirama's cells yet his Sharingan did not turn into a Rinnegan even after becoming the Juubi Jin which gave him Rikudo chakra so if Hashirama's cells could still work to help awaken Hagoromo chakra then so would Madara's yet Obito had both and Rikudo chakra and that didn't happen so only Hagoromo chakra or using both current transmigrator can awaken the Rinnegan.

Why not? Naruto still hasn't awakened the Mokuton despite being Ashura's transmigrant but Hashirama did U_U Hashirama had more potential, same with Sasuke and Madara.

Not really, what I meant was Madara had more potential than Sasuke and hence the Dual Rinnegan. Same with Hashirama and Naruto, Hashirama had more potential hence he awakened the Mokuton [Ashura's Power] but Naruto still hasn't U_U
