Ok well idk if you guys thought about it already but its about how the juubi's body formed into the moon. Remember how Pain made that floating moon in order to capture Naruto when he was transforming? Do you think its possible that the sage of the six paths used the same technique and launched it into space? Because look at the facts. Pain mentioned that the moon that he created was nothing compared to the SO6P's. Also Madara mentioned while talking to the Kages, that was where the body of the juubi was so that no one could reach it. Tell me what you think

Don't kknow if it was mentioned before, but hey is plausible. We'll need more proof of it, you knows what manga episode Madara tells this to the kages??? I wanna read more into it.

Good point tho really makes sense the whole moon eye plan and everything that madara wants to do.

Damn, that could really be it!
Never thought of that But only one problem that i can see:

Didn`t SO6P split up the Juubi into 9 parts(Ichibi, Nibi, Sanbi, Yonbi, Gonbi, Ryokubi, ?-bi, Hachibi and Kyubi) all over the world and send something else to the moon?

Maybe Madara was lieing about it. Maybe the Juubi isn`t a combination of all the beasts, maybe it`s the 10th and last Biiju?

That`s the only thing that can make your theory true i guess.

But it could have been awsome to see Hachibi Killebee and Kyubi Naruto vs. Madara and Juubi or similar in a final fight. Maybe Sasuke with 7th tail or something

Your thoery was actually explained... lol... When Pein was using that jutsu, he said that the SO6P did trap the Juubi's body in the moon... I think the Gedo Mazo is like an Edo Tensei of the Juubi... If you look at it it's like the tails were cut off... Someone else mentioned this also...
But yeah youre right... lol

I'm not so sure about the Juubi being captured in the moon, but I thought it was a given that, considering Nagato's mentioning of the SO6P, it was the same technique.

But as to the part about the Juubi is in the moon - I don't think so. Two reasons:
(1) The Juubi was split into 9 parts;
(2) Isn't Madara's Moon's Eye plot dependent on the moon physically being there? It just seems that if the Juubi was actually in the moon, why wouldn't Madara just bust him out? And if he did or planned to, the Moon's Eye plan wouldn't work.

I dunno, interesting idea though.

EDIT!!! Ok I just checked out those links posted. Yes Ok so the CORPSE is there...i was thinking there was some sort of power left to possibly revive it. Ok that makes sense then and it wouldn't mess up the Moon's Eye plan and there is no reason to bust up the moon xd

So let's think further - Madara wants to revive the POWER of the Juubi to become a jinchuuriki, i dont suppose you would need the physical corpse to do that, only the Juubi chakra/spirit. Because if he needed the actual corpse, it WOULD bust up the moon (xd) and he couldnt do the Moon's Eye Tsukuyomi.

This chapter sucks, kind of feels like an anime filler. Like someone said already, my guess is that his evilness or negative thoughts that Naruto has must have build themselves into a Dark Naruto. I guess he needs to defeat it.
