No he wasn't saying that he generally thought he was 4th and at that point Ichigo was as down as he could be. Ulq was left behind simply because he was in the top 3 (3rd-1st). R2 Ulq loses to Starrk and Barragan.

Ulquiorria was not in the top 3 but top 4....an no r2 ulquiorria beats stark or ties with him an Barrgan will beat both cuz he is super hax.

Sorry but stark has no way of beating ulquiorria sorry an in his r2 form his number goes away giving him no clear raining really so to say starkk will beat him is hilarious.

As we seen his ceros don't hurt tough people...an his wolves take forever to take down 2 people that are weaker than ulquiorria in terms of toughness an probly in power aswell.
Ceros aren't weak especially the black ones that killed Ichigo aren't. Love is physically tougher than Ulq, plus Starkk was about to kill and he had to divide his wolves for two people. Ulq loses to Starrk.

Please read what was said here lol love would of had to go hollowfication In order to block a cero from a weak Ichigo that's not even close to the level he was when he fought ulquiorria for the second time or the first time at that...base ulquiorria would casually block a cero from this Ichigo with out much efferot r1 ulquiorria would just look at it an make it evaporate..so no love is not as tough as ulquiorria.Ulquiorria losses to stark hmm not so sure about that his r2 form would just be to much...an ulquiorria also has one of thoes black ceros so starkk is not going to land one directly...an starkk Wolves can blow up all they want he will just regenerate seeing as they don't even destroy body parts lol love without the mask took a hit from them an still stood up smh.
Yes to block a Cero not survive, plus in terms of power that Ichigo is not that weak he was just mindless, base Ulq isn't casually blocking a Cero and Love took a direct hit from Hollow Kensei who was physically able break level 60 hado with pure physical strength and was fine. And considering hat Kensei was stronger than Ichigo it makes your first point moot.
R2 isn't too much, he has the ceros but overall Starrk is better with Ceros ad most likely has stronger Ceros, lol Ulq can regen organs and if Starrk hits him there it's over you say it didn't do much to Rose but Starrk was confident his next wolves were going to kill them your excuses are poor.

No that Ichigo is weak compared to the one that fought ulquiorria the first an second time...yea ulquiorria is casually blocking a cero coming from that Ichigo that fought love seeing as he put up really no defense against bankai hollofied Ichigo getsuga tensho an barely took any damage none at all really he also threw urahara shikai attack to the side like it was nothing aswell....no the first hit lenses delivers to love,love blocked it with his sword as you see his sword on Kensei fist if he took that hit directly he would have been in a lot more pain an would have also fail from the sky an not just stay in the exact same spot...an that's lest you know that base hollofied Kensei punch was not stronger than bankai hollofied Ichigo cero or they were kinda on the same level in power cuz even though he blocked Kensei punch he still took damage.
No starkk does not have stronger ceros he just shoots a lot out...that's the thing stark does not know he can't regen organs now does he?..yea it hurt rose but the fact that base rose took multiple wolves exploding on him an standing up speakers a lot about the power of the wolves an base love an rose are not close to being as physically tough as a r1/r2 ulquiorria lol I wanna see love or rose in base form take a full powers getsuga tensho to the body an not be phased like ulquiorria was lol just won't happen if love is scared of a weak cero from Ichigo.

Even with a second release I doubt that it gave him a power jump from 4th to ahead of 1st :| that's too much of a power jump and feat wise stark is superior, hype wise stark shits on him. his second release probably puts him between barragon and stark but I doubt any more than that.

Feat wise no stark is not superior that goes to ulquiorra hype also goes to ulquiorria...stark did nothing feat wise to put him above ulquiorria.

The whole ranking system got so confusing then Kubo had to make Yammy the 0 Espada which is complese BS no way Yammy tops Stark Ulquiorra or any of the top 4 Espada, he was also killed offscreen.
Then he has Ulquiorra say that there are 3 other Espada superior to him but later states that nobody seen his R2 form, adding more confusion to the fans.
I think that there's no way that Ulquiorra is inferior to Halibel first of all, and seemingly stronger than the other top 2 Espada but thats still a question mark as it wasnt clarified. I think Kubo just alters the plot as he goes. Oh and Yammy is Nnoitra/Grimmjow tier at best, that one I REFUSE to believe to be more powerful than Starrk Barragan and Ulquiorra.

You don't know what you're on about a punch from Kendei is stronger in some translations they say that a pinch from that Kensei could take out a captain.
Yes Starrk ceros are stronger, Ulq can't re gen organs either that's how he indies. Rose took some wolves and was about to die the next wave would of killed, Rose's durability is on par with Love's. Ichigo's cero isn't weak.

No again stark ceros are weak like I said.... Hollow Ichigo that was fighting love was weak compared to the Ichigo that fought ulquiorria the second time around he used his getsuga tensho at full power an did not even scratch r1 ulquiorria I'm pretty sure that getsuga tensho was way stronger than that cero that he shot at love....like I said stark don't know that ulquiorria can't regenerate his organs he don't even know of his r2 form....rose an love like I said took multiple wolves exploding on them in there base forms an stood up afterwards meaning those wolves are not really that strong seeing as love an rose aren't really that tough, clearly not tough as ulquiorria.
