We can see that Sasuke noticed who she was before asking her. Just look at his face, you can see that he got emotional and some genuine feelings there. He tried to reach out to her, but then he realized why he was there and he stopped, then quickly changed his face expression. When he recomposes himself, after realizing the actual reason why he was there, he just gets back to his usual self, acting and pretending that he doesn't give a f***k, when we all know thats not true.

Good thing is that got to see that he expressed true feelings for Sarada.

Yea, that's true. It's was pretty clear in this chapter that he cares for her from his expressions. And yea he called her by her name. Some people just like to poke fun using the "it has nothing to do with you", the way he did it was harsh, but clearly he was withholding info for her own good.

The flashback mostly cleared things up.

Sasuke left the village after Sarada was born, Naruto was already Hokage when the meeting was held, and Sakura was wearing the Uchiha crest.

Sasuke requested to "keep his movements a secret from everyone except the people here", meaning the Kages, their assistants, Naruto, and Sakura. That is probably why Sarada is being kept in the dark about Sasuke.

The guy doesn't even recognize his own daughter, but once he realizes its her of course he suddenly freaks out for a moment. He hasn't seen her in years. Does it mean he emotionally cared for her in a sense of wanting to grab her and embrace her? Hell nah.

And why are you assuming the wives make the clothes for their men? They probably got them from somewhere professional.

Nope, his hand was extended because he had just stabbed his sword into the pilar. But you can clearly see that when he stop holding the sword, he approaches his hand and tries to reach out Sarada.

Yeah, I saw his expression, but he was being way too cold towards her. Even if this is in-character, he should be able to understand her mental state. Even if he didn't want to comfort her, he could have done it just to calm her down. Why not just tell her, "Yup, Sakura is your mother an I couldn't be with you because I have an important mission, our world's fate might depend on its outcome but I couldn't tell you because I wanted to protect you. Am I making myself clear? Now go home."
