Why think of it as a debate? Just because we do not initially share your perspective does not mean that we are your enemies. If you address us as if we are inferior to you, the chances of us truly listening to and considering your words are very low. Why do you care enough to spend time in an argument that was approaching no resolution, but not enough to go out and produce concrete evidence of your correctness? If you went out and came back showing us that you told homosexuals all of this and that they agreed with you, it would all be over, right?
