Why couldn't Sasuke tell who Sarada was from just her chakra?

Karin can distinguish 1 persons chakra from another person, even when they're all close together in the same room...
Mu and Tobirama can distinguish chakras by the clan...
So why can't Sasuke recognize that she has a similar chakra to his?

Hell, even makes it less explainable that Tobirama can tell the DNA that a persons body consists of. Even if Sasuke isn't a sensor to that degree he should be able to tell that her DNA/chakra whatever is similar to his.

Is there actually an explanation for this? Or is it plot?
