Why couldn't Sasuke tell who Sarada was from just her chakra?

Because his eyes aren't eyes that distinguish individual DNA. Even among the sensors you named, they could only pick out clan characteristics (which doesn't help if other people are running around with both uchiha eyes and chakra characteristics) but not to level where they could sense someone and say this is so and so, son of such and such if they were unfamiliar with who it was. And from what we know Sasuke hasn't been familiar with Sarada for some time

I may have misworded my question but he doesn't necessarily need to be a sensor you fool, his sharingan should be able to tell who she is.

Sharingan can see chakra flow, inconsistencies, and can even differentiate different colors of chakra between people. It's understandable that a person would think it that the color of his daughters chakra would be similar to his, or different from Shins at the very least.

Plus having the rinnegan gives him the ability to detect a persons level of danger and intent (though the intent part is debatable). He should have realized that she had no where near the same level of danger as Shin. I don't understand how I'm a 'damn baboon' for asking a simple question.

She can also sense when she or others are under genjutsu



She could sense Kiba and dogs miles away so yeah she can sense battlefield far away, she doesn't depend on an element to do so either unlike Tobirama. Nagato ? Lel he depended on an element to sense and anyone can hide from rain. Karin is a better sensor than both of them.

Limbo ? Really ? Anyone with RSM would be able to sense it, it doesn't require skill. She can also sense emotions like Kurama and gender unlike anyone else, read the facts in the quote above

And this is why she solo's at sensor, just imagine how stronger it would be if she implemented it with a Dōjutsu or Senjutsu Chakra.
