Naruto also said undeveloped areas which further elaborate that naruto himself sent him to undeveloped areas.

In last naruto said to shikamaru " give him a break" means naruto is sending him to different areas for lower level missions. Now he said to shikamaru don't expect so much from him just give him a break.

Sasuke has clearly accepted naruto as his big brother.

There is a difference between jiraiya and sasuke.

I agree that sasuke went for traveling but naruto as a hokage usually assigns him to some missions. That's what naruto refered in above scan.
