As Quiver feels the earth beneath him raising in temperature, being a user of Fire release, he expects a Katon attack from below him and forms a quick seal as flames begin to form, causing water to form around him with himself in the center, easily extinguishing the flames as Quiver willed the water forward in the shape of a massive shark, Quiver inside it as it approached his opponent, aiming to ravage his body. The wide body would easily deflect and extinguish the thrown projectiles should his foe continue with that action.

After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.

Soon as I see your water technique launching towards me. I take out two scrolls and just like that I channel fire chakra into both of them releasing a fire dragon in one scroll and a fire tiger in another. The would both collide with the water. The tiger would collide with it first being extinguish, while the fire dragon collide with the water technique in a weaker state, overpowering it. Heading towards you
