Naruto's skills were abysmal in the beginning, but his genjutsu usage and breaking skills were non existant. Jiraiya taught Naruto how to break genjutsu he just sucked at it, Jiraiya said that Naruto isn't a genjutsu type and Naruto has never used or broken a genjutsu in the manga, but luckily for Naruto he's let off the hook. Thanks to Kurama, Naruto's greatest weakness is covered.
Naruto can't even use genjutsu
Sasuke's worst skill overall is probably his Taijutsu, which is ironic considering it was arguably his best skill by the end of part 1 or at least it was only a little under his ninjtusu skills, but Sasuke gave it up for Kenjutsu which he is adept at. Sasuke's worst skill in part one was genjutsu, even tho he had a sharingan he couldn't cast any.
Overall, Sasuke is the more well rounded ninja for the simple fact that he can use genjutsu, but Naruto makes up for his genjutsu deficiency in other ways.
Rinnegan Sasuke: Nin>Gen>>Tai/Ken
Rsm Naruto: Nin=Tai no gen. I know Naruto's ninjutsu is more destructive than his taijutsu but with rsm, naruto's reaction and reflexes put his tai SKILLS on equal footing with his nin imo.
Agree? Disagree? Explain.
