This is in Base Form lol but you seem to be salty if you are bring that fight where Naruto beat Sasuke with half kurama and Sasuke needed the 9 Bijuu to launch an attack that failed in it's aim.
The Sig talks volumes. but stay in topic this is base vs base Naruto wins low diff Sasuke can't do anything without Sharingan or his Rinnegan.

Lost a fight that had them both in a near dead state with 1 arm l o l and I'm salty yea okay bruh and I guess you forgot in base they was fighting in taijutsu for nearly or exactly a whole day stalemating.

Sigh...you seriously debating this? He lost the fight was a draw this I already agree on but Sasuke lost overall. One person achieved what they set out from the start one didn't. Please understand this move on and get back on topic or stay salty pick.
This is after the majority of their chakra was gone after that attack or have you forgotten that fact or are you set on trying to one up me that you forgo common sense?

- The Last Naruto used 2 Kyuubi RS. [Not base RS.
What's the feat that base Naruto showed or used to make this victory so clear and easy?
Sasuke can't beat Naruto without his Sharingan. Naruto is able to completely stale with Sasuke's Skill in Base as shown in VoTE2, also, in that fight, you have to remember Naruto was already Low on Chakra as stated and not fighting seriously Against Sasuke until Sasuke pulled out Indra's Arrow. Without PIS, Sasuke Lost here:

Get back on topic yet I was on topic till you replied -_- Naruto and Sasuke always matched in taijutsu throughout the manga or Sasuke with the upper hand even VOTE 2 they was matched in taijutsu can't deny what was shown many times in this manga.

Sasuke - he was always fast,where as Base Naruto has no speed feats,and he's highly skilled in Taijutsu, Ninja tool, and Swordsmenship.

Your the one who brought up Vote 2 fight which has nothing to do with this thread because they never fought in base from the start which is why I said you were the salty one and told you to stay on topic where this thread is solely based on Base not they use their most powerful modes then base mode lol.

Taijutsu is taijutsu like I said throughout this manga Sasuke and Naruto always matched each other in taijutsu like it or not neither ever had an upper hand only in VOTE 1 when Sasuke unlocked 3 tomoe. Telling me to be unbiased you should follow your own advice.

Manga Naruto and Sasuke? Naruto poops on him. Sasuke needs Dojutsu to match a Naruto w/ access to things like Clones and larger Rasengan variants.
The Last Naruto and Sasuke? Naruto stomps since he can throw Rasen Shuriken in Base, while Sasuke has no Dojutsu.

A base Sasuke has already speed blitzed Naruto, and base Naruto literally has no feats... @NukaCola when Naruto "blocked and countered" the Amaterasu all he did was make a Kyubi cloak around the area the Amaterasu hit, then tossed it off...
