Naruto or Sasuke

Sasuke can't beat Naruto without his Sharingan. Naruto is able to completely stale with Sasuke's Skill in Base as shown in VoTE2, also, in that fight, you have to remember Naruto was already Low on Chakra as stated and not fighting seriously Against Sasuke until Sasuke pulled out Indra's Arrow. Without PIS, Sasuke Lost here:

I'm not gonna say Naruto Stomps Sasuke Unholy, but Naruto would Mid Diff Sasuke Just like he did Toneri.

Naruto runs circles around Sasuke, the only way the latter has any hope of winning is using some high level strategies. But I will still root for Sauce till the very end.
