besides chakra reserves are not everything, kaguya got owned by kakashi's battle experience, and tsunade has far more battle experience than sakura and should be also a better medic not to mention she no longer is hokage or has any children so she may have more time to train than sakura

tsunade got way more responsible since becoming hokage, she might get wasted every once in a while but not always, and as i said battle experience has shown to sometimes be superior to big chakra reserves so i dont think so

In any case, Adult Sakura probably surpassed her but when she was still a teenager I have to give it to Tsuande, battle experience plus genetics simply put her above Sakura.

You're actually implying that Tsunade and Sakura have equal chakra to begin with. Tsunade, being a Senju, is quite likely to have multiple times more chakra than Sakura, who has no special genetics to help her.

Having said that, Tsunade seems to have found a way to overcome that weakness, and make her looks permanent, because she remained young even when her body was split in half after the fight with Madara. She didn't even have enough chakra to heal herself then, using whatever she had to keep the others alive.
