Would you rather a person (like Sarada) have Chakra Enhanced Strength, Medical Ninjajutsu, Evasion Skills, Perfect Chakra Control, coupled with a Sharrigan.

Or Shadow Clones, and Rasengan. coupled with a shadow clone.

Who would she benifit more from as a teacher, Sakura (The genjutsu who achieved power through sheer willpower and chakra control) or Naruto (the one who made friends with his demon to gain power)?​

Base Rasengan isn't better but other variants are immensely more destructive and versatile.

A simple punch can be utilized in different taijutsu fighting style, and can be channeled,in the hands, fingers, feet, elbows, knees.

At least rasengan can get upto the rinnegan user.on the other hand chakra enhanced strength was calling naruto to help and save the village

Rasengan can probably be copied, but I dont think CES can, it's all about precise chakra control, storing and releasing.
And having strength makes having rasengan useless.

Chakra enhanced strength is better. Sakura's the smartest shinobi in the village and she's more versatile than Naruto as well, so it's an easy choice.

I think if Rasengan and a shannaroo punch were ever on a collision course with one another, Sakura would either catch the rasengan in her hand throw it back at Naruto at twice the power or simply punch through it.

Tsunade punch madara twice or more, and Sakura punched Kaguya come again.

Sakura doesn't have any stile unlike Naruto.

Naruto has a style, please, he is just fast.
Sakura reads her opponents attacks and counters them, she fights like a sharrigan user.
