Being strong,and able to protect yourself and others is always good. Besides that, Sasuke has been travelling the world. He would know if everything is really peaceful or not + he was just randomly attacked. I'm sure he would want Sarada to be able to defend herself.

Itachi killed their parents infront of Sasuke,then used Tsukuyomi to show him killing their whole family. Then he told Sasuke how killing your best friend awakens the MS.

Years later when 2 tomoe Sasuke meets up with him again, Itachi owns him,then shows used Tsukuyomi to show the massacre to Sasuke again. This time he made him relive that day for 24 hours.

Sarada's definetely not going to experience anything near that,but it will help her become stronger.

That wasn't a memory of Sasuke, she was visualizing what would happen if she actually met her father.
