You can tell they based the 'not black character' on a black person. It's obvious. I'm not saying they are racist for doing it, but hiding behind the, "She's not even human" barrier just makes you look a tad more racist.
Notice the 'not black character' has huge lips and the 'not white character' does not. That's a common portrayal of black people in cartoons.
