.. As to why Rock Lee can't solo Konoha if not NV with the abilities he has now.

- Could go 5 Gates at Genin, age 13
- Abilities were enough to completely batter Gaara to mush
- Speed with weights added on were enough to overwhelm Sasuke himself
- Sasuke only imitated his weighted speed, imagine him without his weights
- Was only beaten by Gaara due to drawbacks of gates and cheap shot
- Not doubting Kimimaros abilities due to being another fave but would've demolished him if it weren't for injuries, plus couldn't risk going gates which would've added further injury
- 6th gate enough to outrun TSB, might I add at age 17-18
- Was trained by the Solo God himself in Gaijutsu who was praised by Solo King Itachi and pummeled the so called tailed beast without a tail, Fishame
- Deuced Madara with a simple kick to the torso
- Fodderised Haku without even trying, barely impressive as he-she is a fodder
- Smashed a meteor with his bare hands, no ninjutsu needed
- Eyebrows of Truth, Haircut of Justice, Thumbs of Victory

Of course Kishi completely removed Rock Lee and Guy from certain scenarios such as Pains invasion due to the power of the gates and such.

Rock Lee and Might Guy don't need hype as they have already proved their superiority. If Lee and Guy were able to smash Foddara, no doubt they can end Kakashi and Sasuke. Come at me Sasukebase and ill solo you with nothing but pure facts shown from the manga.

Rock Lee disregarding the rules and going for the kill:
- Rips out Sasukes eyes before he can even say "yeah..sorry.."
- Impales Sakura through her fat forehead before she can use any medical Justus
- Snaps Shikamarus neck before he can even THINK of stepping up to him
- Uppercuts Inos head off as she cries for "Sasuke-Kun"
- Tears Sai a new gaping hole after he already got raped by half of Konoha 11 no diff
- Laughs at Ten Ten as he matrix dodges all her failed weapon attacks
- Eats the last chip before obliterating Choji into oblivion
- Straight up Dynamic Entries Hinata because why not
- Pities Shino so leaves him to live..... Not... He one panels him no diff
- Kakashi is the same as Sakura now... Shut up.
- Laughs at Naruto before ripping his stomach open, bypassing his seal, and ripping the Kyuubi out
- High Fives Might Guy because why not
- Proceeds to grope Tsunade before smashing that
- Completely gets overwhelmed by the power of youth before exploding, taking down the rest of NV with him Vegeta Style

Pretty sad that Madara had to resort to using the juubis powers to save him from the power of Gaijutsu, which if not for the Juubi, 6th gate would've been enough for Foddara.
Naruto and Sasuke are just as sad that the need hand me downs to even be on par with Lee and Guy.
