Guess what? Sakura's breast also got bigger, they became a good size unlike Hinata's which at this point are just too fat and inconvenient.

Also, reverse harem is useless in NH's relationship, Hinata could barely handle Naruto alone, she would immediately pass out if he ever attempts it.

Sakura has no reason to be jealous of Ino, quite the opposite, she is married to the guy they both fought for since childhood, Sai is just a cheap copy of Sasuke, he is inferior in everything. :lol

Sai can't use reverse harem, Naruto never taught him and I doubt he can even learn it if he tried. Sasuke on the other hand can use it easily, he was watching Naruto with his Sharingan activated when Naruto used it against Kaguya. And guess what? Sasuke's wife was actually excited, so they are the only couple who can make use of that jutsu.
