[Discussion] Best ending for a series.

Well I think a series is as good as its end. Most of the time when a major anime ends it strikes a chord with you. But some are very good up to the very end and then they just get floundered (Naruto).

For me there were some ending that really closed the chapter and catapulted the series to a High.
Some of these are,

Like everything came full circle in an ending everyone absolutely loved and have nothing bad to say or complain about.

Others should take note from Masashi Kishimoto on how to end a manga....or just how to make a masterpiece in general.

I watched both seasons of code geass like a year ago but I wasn't that crazy about it. I understood it but I don't remember liking it so much. The ending was good I guess because it was ambiguous.

I liked Death Note more. I also really enjoyed its ending and how karma finally reached him.

Exactly my reaction. I felt death note was dragged a bit after L's death.

I feel the Yu Yu Hakusho ending was rushed, Code Geass probably has the best.

I actually think, it was better the way Yu Yu Hakusho ended, I never would have expected him to beat the S level monsters.
