You're not making any sense, we're talking about the Sakura during the Post-Pain Invasion Arc that got man handled by Omoi and Karui? This is one-two arcs before the War Arc so... what's with your Sakura wank?
With Intel and a good balanced team backing her up? I can see that, but I'm talking about a one on one confrontation, a duel if you will. Hidan and Kakazu individually are both superior to Sakura before Byakuguo.
If two characters that are superior to her are unable to break out of Shikamaru's Shadow Possession, what makes you confident that she can? All that monstrous strength doesn't do her any good if she can't hit anything with it when under his possession.

Sakura after timeskip has super strength, nuff said. And she didn't yet handle, if she wanted to she coudlve punched the ground and solo'd everyone. Sai was supposed to take care of Omoi.
No Sakura can easily outsmar Hidan, and Hidan would never have time for the ritual.

Yes, we are all aware she has Super Strength. What's your point? Kakazu had super strength if you weren't paying attention, as evidenced when he caught Choji's Partial Expansion Jutsu with one hand and barely any effort. He couldn't do crap.
That'd be a pretty stupid thing to do considering her team mates are also right there. Punching the ground super hard only knocks out fodder lol, Karui and Omoi are skilled enough to react in time to easily dodge it.
Rewatch the scene again, Naruto caught Karui's blade while Sai and Sakura tried to flank Omoi. Omoi dodged Sai's attacked and knocked Sakura miles back while Naruto had to catch her. That was Sakura's fault for letting her guard down.

Outsmart? When has she ever out smarted anyone in a fight on her own? Sakura is an intelligent person but her ability to deduce enemy tactics/abilities is vastly inferior to Shikamaru's who (along with Asuma and two Chunin Level Ninja) weren't able to figure out Hidan's abilities in time.
Hidan's reflexes and agility are (were) far superior to Sakura's, meaning drawing her blood in a confrontation would be a simple matter.
This shouldn't even be up for discussion.
I do understand, Sakura has Amazon Strength. If having Super Strength played any factor in escaping the Shadow Possession Jutsu, Kakazu would have broken out of it.

This isn't a "Who is physically stronger debate" this is a "Does Super Strength play any significant role in allowing a person to resist the Shadow Possession Jutsu"
You fail to have any comprehension ability because I clearly stated that even for all of Kakazu's natural physical strength, he couldn't budge an inch.
Sakura's strength comes from her Chakra, it isn't her actual physical ability. In order for a person to break out of the Shadow Possession Jutsu they must have insane natural physical ability, that isn't the case with Sakura. She only becomes super strong when she uses her Chakra to enhance her fists/kicks. Because this is the case, when she's hit the with the Shadow Possession Jutsu she doesn't possess the raw natural strength to break out of it.
What Sound Nin? When did she outsmart Zetsu? Provide actual proof instead of just stating empty statements.
She was backed up by Lady Chiyo, without Chiyo knowing Sasori's tactics and battle sequences, Sakura would have been dead.

Sakura's Intelligence is listed as a 4 only during the third data book, Shikamaru's intelligence is listed as a 5 during all three Data Books.
Let's do basic math here ladies and gentleman, what number is higher? A 4 or a 5?

She reacted to several of Sasori's puppets,which came from different angles, without even focusing on them, Yet you think a linear attack such as Shadow Possession is even a challenge.

Everyone knows Sakura's strength is greater than Kakazu's, I never said otherwise. Please re read my posts.
I've read the manga but you seem to be clearly missing an established fact that Shikamaru's intelligence > Sakura's Intelligence. Go to the Naruto Wiki statistics for more proof, it lists Sakura as a 4 and Shikamaru as a 5 throughout all data books.
Reacting to his attack isn't the issue here, its whether she can break out of his possession if she had been caught.
If Shikamaru wanted her caught, with enough planning there there's no denying she'd be caught.

Linear? you just pretty much shown you have no idea what you're talking about shadow possession jutsu is anything but linear and can attack from any angle. you need to look up what linear means.

I'm well aware that Sakura is physically more powerful than Kakazu when she uses her Chakra Strength. Please read over my posts and you'll see that I never said otherwise.
Shikamaru's intelligence is superior to Sakura's, they are not equal. Naruto Wiki states that Sakura's intelligence went from 3 - 4 throughout the story, while Shikamaru's intelligence was always at 5.
