That is pretty much Kurama in manga saying that the technique is one of the most amazing he has seen bar Hagoromo.

U can say that it is unimpressive to your, but that is pretty much just your opinion. When someone like Kurama who saw Hagoromo himself work the input he gives far outweighs your and most of NV's opinion

He was only referring to sasuke's ability to utilize his susanoo as a gedo mazo*, nothing about the Ninjutsu which is Indra's arrow. Its simply lightning enhanced with bijuu chakra.

Susano'o iso (making a susano'o into armor) is a jutsu as well so if that is the case then i would assume that taking the 9 disseminated bijuu chakras and molding it into one distinct nature within the susan'o is a jutsu as well. SM is also a jutsu u know so jutsus aren't just attacks.

Also Kaguya is on the same level as Madara so u still can't call him the greatest

Imo with Rinnegan Sasuke should be above, or tied with Naruto in ninjutsu. First off, he has access to all nature affinities and learnable Justus so what is stopping him from doing Rasenshuriken? Naruto's "amazing ninjutsu" is only just a variant of Rasengan, as he has no other ninjutsu he uses (aside from shadow clones). While Sasuke use of ninjutsu isn't limited to a single variant of another jutsu, and has fire balls, lightning affinities, MS/EMS Techs, All Rinnegan techs. I do agree however that Narutos Yin Yang Rasenshurikens (his strongest tech yet) is very impressive

Sasuke does have has a tech stronger - Indras Arrow, and yes even though I know that it isn't his tech, the things he did to make that (combining 9 different Bijuus, CT, using Susanoo as a vessel, etc.) is all impressive feats by itself - equaling even the SO6P level.

Ninjutsu: Sasuke > Naruto
Taijutsu: Naruto > Sasuke
Genjutsu: Sasuke > Naruto

That's how I see it anyways.
