Sasuke's kenjutsu is far superior because when he got the EMS his ability to track his targets got so fast that he can keep up with Rikudo characters and with rikudo chakra he got his overall power has increased because he was able to chase and bisect Madara who had a head start of him and was able to cut a CT made of mountains many times.

Sasuke is currently the best kenjutsu user.

Naruto - 3.5
Sasuke - 3.5
Rock Lee - 5

You forgot Sasuke's speed is JJ level right?

even without using his EMS Sasuke would still blitz him.

besides EMS is just like a transformation as much as the gates are.

They're equal in taijutsu since Sasuke was keeping up with naruto in vote 2. Naruto has better strength but sasuke makes up the difference with his skill.

I disagree, once his eye power weakened for just a second he wasn't even able to land a point blank chidori even though naruto was on the ground right in front of him. The battle would not have lasted as long as it did without help from the sharingan.

Well I guess you have a point. the Sharingan is part of sasuke's fighting style after all along with his kenjutsu.

No doubt about that, but the fact that naruto countered sasuke mid chidori speaks volumes about narutos base level taijutsu skills. He definitely is underrated on that front and the fact that he went toe to toe in base mode against an ems user is pretty amazing imho. He's not the best, but he is pretty good.

He barely landed a hit on blind Madara who:

-Senju DNA which enhances overall abilites

-Hashirama's Sagemode which furhter enhances his speed and reflexes and gives him sensing abilities which makes up for being blind

and on top of all that:

This is Sasuke before getting half hagoromo's Chakra which gave him speed that surpassed JJ madara.

You need to calm down before you post don't let your haterd towards a character cloud your judgment.
