Naruto has only a few Genjutsu feats, and that was back at the Gaara retrieval arc. The only one before that was when Itachi casted (from my memory I could be wrong) KA or Tsukuyomi on him, which removed the crow from his "throat" that he placed a few arcs before. Naming that Naruto was "weak" against Genjutsu is a false speculation, Naruto was weak against Itachi because he was such an advanced Genjutsu user and he was not skilled enough to take him. I can't possibly believe how anyone could ever name Naruto to be weak against Genjutsu now with his chakra control.
The only way to stop the Infinite Tskuyomi is through the Rinnegan, there is no contradiction there. That's literally the only way to stop it. Similar to how the only way to stop Tsukuyomi is by having Uchiha blood (through brothers/sisters I would assume).

Really? I wasn't aware Naruto has EVER broken out of genjutsu. Itachi didn't even use a powerful genjutstu on him. Sakura and Chiyo broke out with ease.
Ever thought that Kurama wanted Naruto to stay in the genjutsu to see into Hinata's mind as it pretained to Naruto? Naruto wasn't in any danger at that time but had he been in a dangerous situation at that time then Kurama would have broke him out. Naruto himself didn't even try breaking it and his skills are much higher than war arc Naruto. Except we don't know if Naruto wouldn't be able to break out of IT, Sasuke thought Naruto couldn't which doesn't make it a fact.
Think you forgot that a Naruto wasn't a perfect Jinchuuriki when he told Bee that nor did it show that Naruto even knew a perfect Jinchuuriki can breakout of genjutsus easily which Bee did which Edo Itachi's genjutsu (Itachi didn't even try using genjutsu after Bee broke out). So there is no manga facts saying perfect Jinchuuriki can't breakout of genjutsus. I don't see Sasuke putting a guy with 9 Bijuus in him in a genjutsu long enough to capitalize on it; also don't see him being able to enter Naruto's or Bee's consciousness to put their Bijuus in a genjutsu since it was said that Naruto reached a deeper level of conciousness after perfectly linking to Kurama when they finally became perfect Jinchuuriki so the same would be for Bee which is why Obito and Madara didn't try placing their Bijuus in genjutsus.
< Perfect Jins are suppose to be able to fight off genjutsu according to Bee, but I guess that was debunked in the war arc and in the last movie.
Naruto was unable to fight off a genjutsu and Kurama didn't intervene. Sakura was able to break it out before him so this canonically puts Sakuras genjutsu res skills above his.
Sasuke had to also save Naruto from IT once Madara casted it.

- Perfect Jins cannot break out if Jins don't intervene. Two people.
- Chee is a Genjutsu specialist and a Class A Sensor and Darui had to step in to break it.
- Deidara fell into Genjutsu twice, despite training his eye. The only difference being that his eye told him that he was in Genjutsu, so he used Clay Substitute as a safety net.

It does make a difference because bee was able to dispel it. You do not need the same blood itachi only a sharingan or a 2nd person to dispel it for you, in this case a bijuu.
