I mean... Half ya'll mofos be writing some bullspitty theories and predictions and all that which doesn't even make sense. I mean... Tobidara? Lord Jashin? Really? Who the fcuk came up with that idea? The Hooded Man being Shisui would make more sense than Kishi bringing in some other Random Person and hiding his face only to find out it was some next fodder Uchiha who had no relevance to the story.
It would make sense being Shisui since he passed on his ideals and such to Itachi and entrusted him to protect the VILLAGE and the UCHIHA CLAN NAME, something which Sasuke failed to do seeing as:
- He went around trolling half the world in the name of the Uchiha
- As the "LAST SURVIVING UCHIHA" he abandoned his village and attempted to destroy it
- He killed Itachi in the name of "avenging his clan", which he went about doing so in the wrong way
- Him joining Orochimaru would further spoil his image as we'll
- Plus Itachi actually tried to make Sasuke look like a hero by planning his own death at his hands so he could even redeem the Uchiha name (seeing as they planned to overthrow konoha and such)
By Sasuke going about the wrong way, he pretty much made the Uchiha look like crazed fools.
The Hooded Man isn't looking to destroy any village, he's just looking to kill Sasuke because he is a "disgrace to the Uchiha clan name" and because he "killed Itachi"

Killing Sasuke wouldn't necessarily make him evil, no one is truly evil in Naruto. Only beings who would be pure evil is Hidan or Orochimaru. Besides, anyone would do anything to kill their enemy. Sasuke joined Orochimaru just to kill Itachi but he wasn't evil, just misguided. Even Kishi said so.
