There are many people who claim sakura surpassed tsunade and they used some scans to prove the case but sometimes those panels are taken out of context. For example
Claim 1. Hashirama praised sakura to be even stronger than tsunade according to fans and usually use this scan.
Disclaimer 1: what hashirama said is that sakura might be stronger than tsunade, once again he used the word might, hashirama didnt say sakura for sure is stronger than tsunade. But also there's another thing, hashirama died when tsunade was very young, he didnt get to see tsunade at her peak so he couldnt possibly know how strong tsunade was at the moment, actually there's a scan of hashirama recalling tsunade as a little girl, if he remembered her as a girl is just because he didnt get to see tsunade as a grown woman. Also there comes another question, since hashi said sakura might be stronger than tsunade but he remembers tsunade as a girl, does this mean kid tsunade is stronger then war sakura? scan below.

but then again, let's remember that tsunade in part 1, lifted in the air gamabuntas sword which seem like a much more impresive feat, because it´s a bijuu size sword but also requires precision not just brute force. I'm too lazy to look for this scan but you sure remember.
Also why if sakura was a better medic than tsunade then why didnt she make the artificial arms of naruto and sasuke? tsunade has more feats that point out she is better medic.
