I agree. At least in combat potential, Sakura could not have surpassed Tsunade (except maybe in the Last, but there's no clear-cut feats to back such a thing up). Even if her mastery of the yin seal ability is greater, she'd still be inferior to Tsunade. Remember, Tsunade has a 5 in taijutsu. She's a master at it, surpassing Kakashi and Rock Lee(pre Last anyway) in terms of pure skill. Sakura, in comparison, has feats of a lack of taijutsu skill/speed. So yeah, pre Last Sakura was definitely below Tsunade, and the assertion that she's more viable in combat is only a subjective guess.

Hashirama's claim is pretty baseless because as you said, He knew nothing of Tsunades Prime/Current strength levels.
As for the second claim, I believe tsunade most likely can replicate that feat but since we never saw tsunade go all out on punching the ground like sakura did but i cannot prove it, I guess it's my assumption.

Also the second claim doesn't mean she surpassed her. By feats she has surpassed tsunades punching strength and over all chakra levels, Tsunade still has superior Medical Skill and a better all around fighter.

Current "Adult" sakura should be stronger but lacks feats to prove it. Also depends if she went full house wife mode after the war or actually continued training

No she doesn't. Unless you are counting that massive plot hole in the Kaguya fight.

Who have enough chakra to restore Shikamaru's reserves? Tsunade. Sakura had a chakra cloak and couldn't do it. This happened again in the The Last when Naruto got his chakra sucked out and it took Sakura 3 days to restore him.

She might got stronger, than Tsunade, but it is natural, because Sakura is younger and Tsunade is not in her prime.
Naruto surpasses Jiraya, because he mastered the sage mode better than his mentor.
