Suiton: Tōru no rikiddohanmā - (Water Style: Thor's Liquid Hammer)

Description:
The user starts by focusing suiton chakra into their hand, shaping it into a hammer (length of handle is 22.7", width of head is 6", length of head is 11"). The hammer is made of water, which can be held. The user can swing the hammer in a direction towards a target to create an oval of water which can float in the air or lay on a surface. The oval will release a barrage of liquid hammers (up to 100) of the same dimension as the one held by the user. These hammers will be launched in the direction where the swing of the hammer ended. These hammers can switch between the properties of a liquid and the ones of a solid at the users will. The user can also form a single handseal once the oval appears to send forth threads of water which can race towards a target and bind them. If the user decides to use the threads, they must hold the "tiger" handseal the entire time or they will slacken completely.

Katon: Fureaburittsu - Fire Style: Flare Blitz

Description:
The user forms two hand seals, then layers themselves with katon chakra to coat their body in flames. The flames are about an inch off of the user's body, allowing them avoiding extreme burns, though they will still suffer minor ones. The flames around the user's body are so intense though, that if something from the outside were to touch them, they would suffer third degree burns. The user charges at the opponent with an extreme speed by using the flames on their body to speed them up by going outwards at the back. The user tackles the opponent or hits them in some way, giving them a third degree burn. The flames from the user's body very quickly transfer to the opponents, though they do not have the luxury of the one inch of distance off the skin. The flames burn the opponent horribly, even threatening to kill them quite quickly if nothing is done.

‡ Declined ‡ This wouldn't work due to the way you made it. The stuff about the fire being an inch away from your body is unnecessary and illogical. You can just make this an armour of fire (tons of those exist; this would just work in the same way as those) and it wouldn't hurt you since its composed of your chakra. Generally things like this don't hurt you. This doesn't mean you're immune to your own techniques, just that certain exceptions exist. Also, you "over-rank your technique. Nothing everything has to be S-Ranked. They might be more powerful but they restrict what you can and can't do in the same and following turns.

Description:
The user gathers katon chakra in their hand, then extends it out towards a target. By focusing on the target, they can cause a pyramid of flames to form around them very quickly (at maximum it's height is 20m and it's sides all equal length I don't remember the correct formula to find the lengths of the sides ;-;). The base of the pyramid is 1" below the surface of the ground, causing them to be completely surrounded. By clenching their hand, they can cause the pyramid to decrease in size and converge on the opponent, burning them greatly. The flames are translucent from the outside looking in, allowing people outside of the pyramid to see what is happening on the inside of it. Because it is so hot inside of the pyramid, it makes it difficult to breathe and causes anyone in it to sweat greatly, presenting the possibility of dehydration after prolonged periods of time.

(Shizen no hakka) - The Efflorescence of Nature

User would infuse or coat paper with elemental chakra and give paper sheets a specific set of abilities depending on the elemental chakra in question. Now depending on if coating or infusion is in question this technique would have different set of characteristics as well when it comes to its overall outlook. If infusion is in question, it would last four turns and for user to change the type of chakra they are infusing within the paper sheets they would have to consume another five chakra points. However, if in question is coating of paper sheets, the rank and chakra cost of this technique would solely depend on the technique which is used. The coating would be initiated with a performance of a single hand seal and it would happen in corresponding time-frame as a technique of paper ninjutsu which was used beforehand.

The Vigor of Amaryllis - Amaririsu no katsuryoku

The Vigor of Amaryllis is a variation of this technique which is based on infusion of doton chakra within paper sheets. It gives ability as for paper sheets properties to be changed in two ways.
First way is to make paper much more sturdy, almost unbreakable by normal physical power. Those paper sheets would be able to go against swords/weapons and similar metal objects as well as having bigger impact damage but at the same time being heavier. Second way is to by manipulating earth chakra to make paper much more lighter thus increasing its movement speed. Paper would become fast enough to become blurred to the naked eye yet still trackable.

The Incisiveness of Lily's petal - Rirī no hanabira no Incisiveness

The Incisiveness of Lily's petal is a variation of this technique whereas user uses wind chakra as to infuse it into paper sheets beforehand.
The paper will be engulfing in a wind aura which will increase the paper's sharpness, allowing it to cut human flesh more easily. This is possible because of the wind chakra forming a type of wind blade around each paper sheet (which reaches up to 15 centimeters in length), allowing it to cut without necessarily having paper touch the opponent. Additionally, it would increase the speed of paper sheets, making it so that it is much harder as for them to be tracked.

The Tranquility of Nymphaeaceae & The Adhesion of Mimulus - Mizohoozuki zoku no suiren-ka to no setchaku no shizukesa

Unlike variations till this point of this technique, these two are based on coating paper sheets rather then infusing suiton chakra within them as not to decrease their momentum and ability to move as well as be controlled. Adhesion of Mimulus, activated almost immediately with a performance of a single hand seal which would cause a technique with which this one was used in combination with to happen in the corresponding time-frame. Upon activation of the said technique, water molecules from the air would compile around the paper ninjutsu technique sent before this one was activated as to envelop them. However, the water molecules wouldn't be of normal water like substance but rather of liquid, adhesive form which would allow for better protection. The sticky, adhesive like substance wouldn't make much changes when it comes to movements of paper sheets as the initial momentum at which they were sent forth would be kept. This would increase both the durability of paper sheets as well as forcefulness. Tranquility of Nymphaeaceae, is quite similar to Adhesion of Mimulus due to the way in which it is performed however their abilities are differing. With a performance of a single hand seal, yet once again user would cause for water molecules to compile around the paper technique sent/used before this one was activated. The Rigor of Ruellia - Ruellia no kōchoku

The Rigor of Ruellia is variation of this technique whereas user applies lightning chakra. However they use it as to coat the paper sheets, rather than infuse them with lightning chakra, as papers aren't the greatest insulators of it. Using the precise chakra control, with a performance of a single hand seal user would cause for nano net to be engraved into paper sheets. With the net created, the user of this technique would achieve hydrophobic effect, or well ability as for paper sheets to repel water. This doesn't add any damage to the technique but increases its capabilities against water elements as well as its variations.


The Torridity of Vuylstekeara - Vuylstekeara no Torridity

This version of this technique is based upon infusing katon chakra within paper sheets due to their neutral relationship towards one another. The technique wouldn't cause for paper sheets to burn into flames, but rather heat them to the points whereas they are able to make additional damage by just being in contact with an entity but still keep their form.


The Efflorescence of Nature is used to enhance the power of a certain paper technique. Activation of The Efflorescence of Nature is instant, it only requires the user to induce an already existing paper ninjutsu technique with chakra from their element of choice and lasts up to 4 turns if infusion is in question. The coating variation is initiated with a performance of single hand seal. The user is able to change the element with which paper is infused as they releases the paper technique.

Note: This technique can only be used five times per battle, although infusion type only two times. If infusion type of this technique had been activated, user can't change it to coating unless they deactivate the infusion variation of it

Description: Saliva of a Vine is a water release technique in which user would through the rapid conversion and release of chakra coat paper with a variation of water release element. This technique is used as to increase durability as well as forcefulness of a specific paper ninjutsu technique. The rank and chakra cost of this technique solely depends on the paper technique which is used beforehand. The coating would be initiated with a performance of a single hand seal and it would happen in corresponding time-frame as a technique of paper ninjutsu which was used beforehand. There are two variations of this technique depending on what are users needs and what exactly they wish to achieve.

Adhesion of Mimulus

Adhesion of Mimulus, activated almost immediately with a performance of a single hand seal which would cause a technique with which this one was used in combination with to happen in the corresponding time-frame. Upon activation of the said technique, water molecules from the air would compile around the paper ninjutsu technique sent before this one was activated as to envelop them. However, the water molecules wouldn't be of normal water like substance but rather of liquid, adhesive form which would allow for better protection. The sticky, adhesive like substance wouldn't make much changes when it comes to movements of paper sheets as the initial momentum at which they were sent forth would be kept. This would increase both the durability of paper sheets as well as forcefulness. This would both be beneficial against wind and water techniques versus which paper is weak. The wind wouldn't be capable of cutting through the sheets whereas water would oust off of adhesiveness. Moreover, this would also be good in case whereas opponent uses technique of lightning element which would cause sticky adhesive molecules coating the paper to electrify increasing their initial influence, of course following elemental weaknesses and strengths. Flames of fire would dexterously be smothered.

Tranquility of Nymphaeaceae

Tranquility of Nymphaeaceae, is quite similar to Adhesion of Mimulus due to the way in which it is performed however their abilities are differing. With a performance of a single hand seal, yet once again user would cause for water molecules to compile around the paper technique sent/used before this one was activated. Description: Burrow Strike of Psamathe is technique of earth release element which can both be used as to make offense and escape enemies attack. User would through the rapid release and manipulation of chakra change the ground upon which they are standing to the one of sand in a similar manner as done when performing (Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique, which would allow them as to move through it. Traversing through the ground they would be capable of reaching up to long range from their initial position. However unlike the previously mentioned technique, user would leave a trail behind them. This trail would be in form of up to six spikes that can emerge only above the surfaces the user went through before once again arising from the ground. User can chose where they would make the spikes rise. Additionally, with the emergence of the spikes so will be the sand and small participles of earth found underground. This would happen due to the user using the ground through which they were moving so as to make spikes arise. The participles which would follow the spikes would move outwards which would cause the target they are effecting to lose their ability of sight unless defended for a turn in which they were created.

(Raiton - Jaakuna Keikaku no Z) - Lightning Style - Evil Plan Z

Description: The user begins by molding their raiton chakra inside their abdomen region, manipulating it thru both their legs in 2 streams to the ground, the chakra then goes down 1 meter before quickly heading straight forwards at a 45* angle left and right to approximately 10 meters apart of the intended target. By forming the Dragon seal, both streams of lightning will rise from the ground in the form of lightning dragons that rush towards each other, 1 meter in diameter each and 5 meters long. One will shoot across at just above 2 meters above the ground while the other crosses 1 meter above, making them cross paths but not touch forming a sort of barrier of lighting momentarily as they do, that would shock and paralyze someone for 1 turn if they were to come into contact with hit. If the target is hit in the middle of the 2 dragons there would be piercing damage as well as shocking/paralyzing effects and severe burns from the electrical discharge. This can be used as a surprise attack from someones sides or to stop someone/somethings forward progression.

- The lightning chakra can lay dormant underground for 2 turns at an extra 10 chakra cost, however after the 2nd turn it is unusable

(Doton Taijutsu - Supēdo no 3) - Earth Style Body Arts - 3 of Spades

Description: By molding doton chakra to their feet, the user releases it below each foot manipulating the ground just below each one, about 4 inches deep in the exact shape of their shoes/boots/whatever they are wearing or their bare feet. As they do so, they use the chakra to stick each foot to this section of ground while also dislodging the piece of earth, manipulating it hardening it's consistency to stone like. When the user lifts their feet, they will have the earth stuck to the bottom and can strike with kicks, either smashing the target with direct blows or striking towards someone releasing the chakra sending the piece of rock flying off up to short range.

Description: Evil Plan Z, the last plan of attack left. This jutsu can only be activated after taking damage of A rank or higher. After receiving damage from an opponents attack the user will mold a drastic amount of doton chakra through out every fiber of their being in an extremely short amount of time. While doing so, they basically shred their cells leaving them on deaths door afterwards. After molding the chakra, they will release it in a quick dense burst up to short range creating sharp earthen spires form outwards 5 meters in all directions from the users body (Like the Hardening technique just much more powerful) piercing thru anything caught in it's range.

- 1 turn after use the body will collapse from exhaustion and extensive damage from the overload of earthen chakra leaving the body so quickly

Description: After focusing their senjutsu into their skin the user can excrete a clear acid like venom from their skin that gives off a distictive smell causing disorientation and slight hypnosis that of being under a trance. It appears as though the user is slightly sweating but that is only part of the deception. It takes one full turn for the smell to reach users mid-long range and affects the brain instantly after inhaled. Opponents caught within short range are affected immidiately due to its potency. Under its effects the ones affected will mirror the movements of the user casting it. Similar to playing a flute for a rattle snake. The user will choose which movements will be mirrored.

Note: All actions are to be perceived as if standing in front of a reflection of yourself. If you move forward, then so does your reflection.
Note: Only basic movements are mirrored (Walking, Running, Arm & Head Movements etc) No speed stacking allowed.
Note: Techniques/Kg cannot be mirrored.
Note: The acid is corrosive to touch causing third degree burns to whoever touches it.
Note: Can only be used with the snake variation of Sage Mode

✦ Declined, this comes close to clashing with Perfume release stuff, the scent based triggering of the Genjutsu, Which I assume this is. No genjutsu can control the opponent's movements either, so the mirroring effect itself wouldn't be allowed. The mentions to acid give of a slug summoning feeling as well, especially the part about being corrosive, another reason to disallow it. ✦


(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Doragonsupiritto) - Summoning Technique: The Dragon Spirit Sage

Description:
One of the eldest leaders of Snakes of the Ryuchi Cave and son of the White Snake Sage, The Dragon Spirit also known as Ryuu is one of Orochimarus personal summons. He served as a teacher to his Senjutsu training as well as all those worthy of Snake Sage training. He is cunning and a well expirienced fighter, more than Manda & Manda II. He is capable of gathering natural energy to temporarily boost his physical strength and speed. He can perform Genjutsu and Senjutsu techniques while also using up to S Rank Wind and Water Techniques that dont require handseals. He is the only snake able to merge with the summoner transferring natural energy to them enabling the user to keep sage mode active with the use of the Reptilian Technique. Ryuu seems to always be infused with natural energy as it is elders like him that begin the snake-ification process in users wanting to learn Sage Mode from the Ryuchi cave. In order to reserve chakra he is the size of Orochimaru, and after gathering Natural Energy for one turn he is able to expand his body rapidly (as if summoned) to that of the size of Manda. In his expanded form he is immune to A rank techniques and able to survive an S rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards similar to Manda & Manda II. Ryuu has the same sensory awareness as the Snage Sage Mode users as well as the innate attributes

Description: This technique is used to fuse with the body of a student of senjutsu like Orochimaru. This adds to the snake-ification process and maximizes the available Sage chakra hes fused to and allows the use of sage mode. Through his snake shedding Ryuu embeds his way into the users snake like skin thus bonding and continuously injecting the user with natural energy from the snakes venomous bite. The user will grow small horns, develop snake like eyes and have more scale like skin that of a snake due to the saturation of Natural energy and the bond made with Ryuu.

Note: Can only be used with the Snake variation of Sage Mode.

Description: With Ox>Tiger hand seals performed, the user summons a large 20 meter tall rod of iron that either rises from a surface or simply poof to existence in the users short range. The iron rod is shape like a serpent like dragon, with its head on the highest tip of the pillar, and also a "封" kanji letter on the shaft. The structure's sole purpose is to redirect Lightning chakra to the tip of the rod and seal them inside permanently. Any existing Lightning techniques no matter rank or power is affected while the rod is active on the battlefield, this includes the opponents, clones/summons and even the user himself. To stop it, lightning rod can be destroyed with a powerful enough technique and also can be sent away anytime if the user wishes.

~ The user can only use 2 techniques per turn to maintain it on the field.

(Kuro no Shinigami) - Phantom's Bane

Description: An indestructible weapon made by Uzumaki clan gifted to the Senju as of sign good will, the Reaper's Breaker is a gunbai war fan with dark abilities. The main part possesses round edges with arcing tips and its shaft actually holds a hidden sword detachable anytime, while also capable of using the main part of the gunbai as shield. On the back of the weapon has 2 trademark Uzumaki clan symbols while the front face is shaped to a Shinigami Mask. The mask allows the wielder to passively summon a separate entity known as the Shinigami, though a different version from the Dead Demon Consuming Seal, having black robes, curse marks around its body and same overall size. The Shinigami is a completely spiritual intangible hollow that can move around up to mid range from the weapon's radius, it can only be seen by and communicate with the wielder of the weapon through telepathy. Like a ghost it can pass through physical mediums but it also means it can't interact with the physical world, except the weapon and its wielder, therefore it can physically move the weapon(though cannot use techniques outside of the weapon's abilities)as well as the user, which looks like telekinesis. Through the hidden sword, if a killing blow is landed with it, the victim’s soul would be sealed inside the Shinigami. This can be applied to specific body parts as well, like arms and legs; slicing the arm would seal that part exclusively etc.. To unseal it, the one must use the sword to slice open the Shinigami’s belly, releasing its contained souls. Lastly the wielder can swing the gunbai to generate an A-rank wind gust that blows inwards towards the user rather than outwards, useful for pulling in opponents or objects etc.

(Fuujin: Kuro Boido) - Wind Sealing Art: Dark Void

Description: With a seal mark written "封" between their hands, the user utilises shape and nature manipulation by performing Rat>Ram>clap hands to create a sphere of wind. The wind sphere is about the size of a bowling ball held between the user's hands and it contains the seal mark in its center. Once made, the user can launch the sphere at high speeds towards his target. Once it reaches their vicinity(or on impact), the wind sphere expands to 5m(short range radius) while the seal mark simultaneously activates, sucking in everything nearby and finally; seals them inside the mark which corresponds to the one on the user's hand. The technique however cannot seal a human person but can seal summons, weapons/tools, clones, techniques (if feasible), Edo Tensei summons, etc. The user can perform the reverse order of hand seals and slam their hand on the ground to unseal the technique.

✦ Declined, as this is both an elemental and fuuinjutsu seal, the restrictions should affect both the elemental and fuuin abilities. This is wind and you have no fire restrictions. 4 times is too high too, 3 times is good. ✦

(Katon: Saryū no taitō) - Fire Style: Rise of the Sand Grains

Description: The user performs two handseals as they infuse katon chakra on whichever part of the ground surrounding them they wish (similar to Swamp of the Underworld). This katon chakra will burn the targeted earth below surface by consuming the tiniest bit of air underneath, using it as fuel. Because katon chakra has burnt the ground, it turns into ash which is then manipulated with the help of katon chakra blended onto it to rise upwards in a burst, causing anything on the affected ground surface up to 5 meters to received damage as they're being sent flying upward by the rising ash. Which part of the ground should be affected is up to the user. It could be all the ground around an opponent's location, in a circlular formation around themselves (the user), or any other manner. Anyone who gets sent flying by the burst of ashes receives 2nd-degree burning damage. As for opponents who were beneath ground surface whilst this jutsu was performed, they will receive similar damage but will also be unable to breathe as the air beneath ground has been consumed by the user's technique. If someone uses a fire or wind technique that gets in contact with the ash during its process of rising up, the ash would explode in a similar fashion as Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning, affecting whoever was inside the targeted area and giving them 3rd-degree burns.

Description: The user performs three hand seals as they infuse raiton chakra on whichever part of the ground surrounding them they wish (similar to Swamp of the Underworld). This raiton chakra will shock the targeted earth below surface, electrifying it to the point where it crumbles into tiny bits. Because raiton chakra has caused the ground to completely crumble and become somewhat burnt through lightning, it turns into ash which is then manipulated with the help of raiton chakra blended onto it to rise upwards in a burst. This causes anything on the affected ground surface and up to 10 meters above to receive damage as they're being sent flying upward by the rising, electrifying ash. Which part of the ground should be affected is up to the user. It could be all the ground around an opponent's location, in a disk formation around themselves (the user), or any other manner the user sees fit. A more complex example of usage would be using it to affect multiple separate areas in a similar manner as the technique Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique. Anyone who gets sent flying by the burst of ashes receives 3rd-degree electrifying, burning damage. As for opponents who were beneath ground surface whilst this jutsu was performed, they will receive similar damage but would be in a slightly more fatal situation as they're surrounded by earth, which makes it more difficult for them to travel underground. If someone uses a lightning or fire technique that gets in contact with the ash during its process of rising up, friction between the ash particles would cause a great electric explosion in the targeted area that will affect whoever was inside the targeted area while giving them greater damage.

Description: The user will channel their fuuton chakra into the index finger of their dominant hand to manifest a coating of air with a light-green hue (Similar to Wind Release: Vacuum Blade) over the tip of that finger. He will then fire it towards his intended target as a narrow beam of air by motioning his hand to mimic a gun being shot to serve one of many possible purposes. If used on an ally, this jutsu can be used to prevent them from being caught in an attack by "pushing" them out of the way. If used on any part of the terrain in very close proximity (e.g. walls/the ground), this jutsu can be used in a similar manner to Wind Release: Hurricane Fist, allowing the user to propel themselves in a certain direction but with more much effectiveness due to the force behind the beam. If used on an opponent, whilst non-damaging itself, this attack can push them in a certain direction allowing them to be hit into walls and other parts of the terrain. This jutsu can also be used to knock away small to medium sized solid attacks such as Earth Release: Rock Scale Slab making this jutsu even more versatile in use. When used on techniques of equal or lesser rank, it does not result in their destruction but simply changes their trajectory, direction and flight path. Against techniques of greater rank, this technique is useless. The beam itself reaches its target near-instantaneously however since it deals no damage this jutsu itself isn't dangerous to the opponent. The user can modify the force of the beam to a certain extent but at most the beam can only push/propel something as far back as ten meters. This technique cannot be used to amplify the speed of techniques or objects struck by it.

This seems like a bunch of different techniques rolled into one, and also clashes with existing ones as its premise is pretty basic. I'm pretty sure you can already do much, if not all, of what you have here with existing techniques. Tempted to DNR it, but I'll give you another shot if you want it.
Removed the ability to use this for propulsion like Hurricane Fist. Also removed the ability to use on techniques. This can only be used on people now.

✦ Declined, now this is basically just a jutsu that shoots out a quick beam of wind that pushes people/things. A lot of those exist and the only difference now is this happens "near instantaneously" because it deals no damage. ✦

Description:
Kakuzu will focus his chakra into one his elemental masks (whether its inside or outside of his body) to cause it to erupt into a devastating Forbidden Ranked blast of its respective element. Due to differences in transition states (solid, liquid, gas and energy-based), the various effects that can be produced by this technique will differ widely. However, they all follow the universal rule that once an elemental heart as been forced to "explode", until its replaced the user will become unable to utilize the sacrificed element. If this jutsu is used on a mask currently inside of the user's body, the jutsu will go ahead as planned but the user will be killed in the process.

Fire Mask
When forced to erupt, the Katon mask will release an intensive omni-directional burst of fire which will swiftly incinerate anything and anyone caught within its five-meter radius blast radius. Whilst inherently small scale, the sheer heat and power of these flames is enough to reduce almost anything to ashes if they're unfortunate enough to be caught inside in its reach.

Lightning Mask
When forced to erupt, the Raiton mask will burst into an eruption of bright light and surging electricity, capturing the opponent in a cube composed of solid-like confines (similar to the one produced Lightning Release: Plasma Ball) whilst they are ravaged inside by countless wild bolts of lightning, tearing them apart on a near-molecular level. The initial explosion of lightning serves the simultaneous purposes of blinding and paralyzing the opponent, rendering them near helpless if caught within the explosion. This elemental explosion seems to resemble the process of demolecularization used in Dust Release, albeit on a much lesser scale. The plasma cube will encase anything within a five meter radius of the initial "explosion".

Wind Mask
When forced to erupt, the Fuuton mask will suddenly implode in on itself capturing everything within a five meter radius into a dome of slicing winds. The dome will exhibit properties similar to those produced in Rasenshuriken, with the microscopic blades of wind cutting and slicing the opponent on a molecular level, severing all nerve channels in the body, leaving the target unable to move after being struck. They also attack the entire chakra circulatory system, which cannot be repaired by any form of medical ninjutsu whatsoever. Unlike the other elemental "explosions", this one is the only one which does not directly kill but simply leaves the opponent in a vegetative state, unable to move or mold chakra, making this very effective against medical shinobi.

Earth Mask
When forced to erupt, the earth mask will explode into a copious quantity of adhesive mud that will ensnare anything within short-range of its position. The mud on contact with anything will harden into rock and so will effectively petrify anything caught within its reach.

Restrictions:
- Can only be used up to four times per battle (once on each mask)
- Can only be Taught by -Best-
- User loses access to elemental affinity of the destroyed mask
- Cannot be used on consecutive turns

If used on masks inside of Kakuzu's body, they are created within short-range of the user. If used on masks outside of the body, they will be created within short-range of the cloned mask(s). If an outfield mask was cloned and the original re-enters his body, the masked clones will not disperse. The same applies if a mask inside of Kakuzu leaves the body after being cloned. These cloned masks possess the same strengths and weaknesses of Kakuzu's masks except they're only as durable as ordinary shadow clones. Description:

An advance concept of Chakra manipulation and transformation technique. The user will pile up 10-15 Explosive tags together and compress, manipulate them using raw chaka in order to hold them up together into a small spherical ball. Now, using the concept of transformation technique, the user will transform the small ball of compressed bunch of explosive tags into anything the user desires( Within logic. Obviously the user can't transform it into another Ninja or a summon) like a ring, kunai, senbon or even a headband, piece of cloth etc. The transformed ball will remain as such unless and until activated for a sti[ulated number of turns or interrupted by an external agent that causes it to explode and revert back to it's original form. Now, at his own will, the user can make a simple hand gesture in order to either revert back the explosive tags to it's normal form or simply detonate. After reverting back to the normal form, the user can direct the tags to anywhere he desires. There is a drawback for this technique that, if the transformed object comes in contact with any external agent that will trigger the explosion of the tag like piercing of a lightning, Burning in fire, smashing with rock; The transformation breaks down and it explodes. Once it is transformed, it will keep up it's transformed state for 4 turns after which it get's re transformed to it's original state and explodes.

- Can only be used 4 times per battle.
- Can only be transformed into anything that is within the size of a normal Katana and within logic.

(Fuuton: Chouyaku no Shinpou) – Wind Release: Leap of Faith
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive

Description: The user will channel their fuuton chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of tangible wind with a slight greenish hue. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. On creation, the assassins typically descend on their targets from above and stealthily dispatch them through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on their victim's body. They don't necessarily have to land on top of their targets but can simply be created so they will land near/next to them. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

Merely activating this technique doesn't transform the user, it simply grants them the ability to transform continuously.

(Kage/Ninpou: Shoumei) Shadow Art/Ninja Style: Illumination

Description: By performing two hand seals the user 'stores' chakra into his shadow. The chakra stored is severely concentrated and focused to such a degree that it glows. In other words, it provides light. The chakra, once stored, would provide a simple glow to the shadow, however, when deemed necessary the light would increase in strength. This light is used to combat a Nara's weakness, light itself. When an opposing light is 'cast' upon the shadow 'Illumination' would come into play. Light, from the user's previously stored chakra, would be produced in abundance from behind (with respect to the opposing light) the users shadow. This light would allow the users shadow to continue onwards without any hindrance from the opposing light. Light, however, can also be used to empower a Nara. As such, the user can use this technique to empower his shadow based attacks by providing a light source that temporarily increases the shadow's size/speed/strength.
-Lasts 3 turns.
-Usable 2 times.
-When used to simply combat opposing light the technique is passive. It's usage costs 15 chakra.

For example, one half would be a fist while the second would be a dagger. One half can hold down the target and the other would stab said target. Description: After performing 5 hand seals the Nara would extend his shadow all around him, the shadow would to rise until it reaches 15 meters in length. Then, through shape manipulation, the shadow would take one of two forms.
Form 1: The shadow takes the form of a an armored samurai. The samurai can transform his arms to shields and swords. The samurai has a reach of mid range. The user can remain inside the samurai, he would only need to create a small opening where he wants to remain. To control the samurai the user has several options.
The first is to perform one hand seal and 'become' the samurai. The samurai would imitate the movements of the user.
The second is to control the movements of the samurai after performing one hand seal. This enables the user to move away from the samurai(max mid range otherwise 'connection' is lost) while the samurai deals with the targets(while under the user's control).
The third manner of control requires three hand seals. The samurai would act on its own, attacking anything that has a shadow longer than 0.5 meters. If, by chance, the user had slipped a shadow infused object on a target then that target would become the samurais priority.
Form 2: The shadow would take the form of a 4 legged, two headed, and 2 tailed creature. The creature would be grotesque in appearance having spikes and scales located throughout its body. The creature would be controlled by the user, it can reach mid range from the user. The creature can release shadow spikes from its body, the spikes can reach mid range from the creature. The spikes carry B rank strength. The spikes can penetrate B rank and below level defenses.
In both forms the shadow has the strength of steel. Furthermore, a thin shadow line always connects the user to the forms. If that line is countered the technique would end.
-The forms have a striking power of 80 DMG points.

Description: Sense Rift is an illusionary technique built off the theory of chakra sensing becoming an additional sense gained to a shinobi when in use. Genjutsu being an ability that uses the opponent's own sense against them, Sense Rift was created with the intent to distort one's ability to sense chakra whether it be by sight, feeling, taste, etc. As long as the user is using one of their basic senses to sense chakra then this ability can be used on them, but it isn't limited to that, and can be used on targets that are sensing via object/weapon by distorting the link between that object/weapon and its user. By focusing on the target as the user performs 3 hand seals, the genjutsu will take place on the opponent's body as their chakra flow becomes distorted and they fall victim to the illusion's effects. The illusion lasts for a total of four turns and its abilities increase in power with every additional turn besides the last one. Upon casting the genjutsu on the target they will lose their ability to perceive their own chakra flow leaving them vulnerable as they can no longer sense disruption within themselves. In the genjutsu the target will always see their chakra flow as if it was normal and not being manipulated by outside means, and the illusion will even go as far as to mimic the chakra flow changes the target makes within themselves as they perform techniques. On turn two of the technique the target will lose their ability to differentiate the various sensed chakra from basic chakra. Targets with chakra sensing capabilities will still be able to feel/see the chakra but it will all resemble the feats of normal chakra used for basic ninjutsu techniques. The sensed chakra's form, flow, properties, color, etc. will all resemble basic chakra leaving the opponent to figure out the opposing jutsu being used on them by other means. On the third turn of the genjutsu the target loses all abilities to sense, whether it be via tool, or unique ability and they are left normal. At the illusion's apex the target's sensing ability will be temporarily blocked and rendered useless leaving them to utilize only their basic senses, and the sense block lasts for an additional turn making the jutsu last for a total of four turns. The target's sensing will return to normal after the illusion runs its course, or whenever it is broken by the target or by other means. The user of this technique must know that the opponent has some sort of sensing whether it be from external sources or by noticing the swift and accurate reactions/counters they perform in response to the user's jutsu even when signs of their jutsu may not be traceable as of yet or period.

Description: Quantum Drive is a nintaijutsu attack that uses the water molecules in the air to attack in unison with the user. Once the target is within range the user will begin to repeatedly punch them as they release their water chakra into the air manipulating the area 4m above, behind, and to the sides of the opponent. With every punch the user throws they will also manipulate a wave of miniature needles that impact the target's body penetrating it dealing damage internally. The back to back punches and waves of needles will continually impact and penetrate the opponent leaving their mangled at the hands of their user as they suffer from blunt and penetrating damage. The opponent would be caught in the onslaught with no place to run as the user holds them in place with their rapid back to back punches. If the opponent managed to survive this technique due to some sort of defense or physical healing, they would still suffer from the symptoms of "Overhydration" which would leave the target with a massive headache as they stand disoriented and confused. The ailment would last for two turns afterwards.

This results in the explosive effect of the fighting style to result underground, erupting upwards with enough force to propel and shake the ground underneath the opponent. This knocks the opponent off of their feet due to the force shaking the ground, as well launching sharp and heavy debris upwards and into the opponent's body, damaging them simultaneously. The user can also choose to release the sphere deep underground, and release the sphere upwards, causing the boom effect that the fighting style is known for, and hitting the opponent into the air. However, if the user chooses to use this, only a single sphere can be released deep underground, instead of several that would cause the disruption of the ground in the first usage of the technique. The explosive effect happens almost immediately after the user's foot makes contact with the ground, making it a very fast technique.

Description: An "air terminal" is a device that attracts natural lightning to itself which then channels it into the ground to protect the primary object. Using the same concept, the user will channel his lightning chakra in his body, in a full body surge to form a generic lightning armor outside his body. The armor looks more or less like the Raikage's armor, but does not contain any offensive abilities or strength improving abilities of its own. It only contains positively and negatively charged ions that help the user to attract the lightning techniques. Once the chakra is released, the lightning never touches the user's body, but remains inches away from his skin. Now the armor acts similar to the air-terminal, wherein it attracts all lightning (short-range) to itself and in a split-second, channels the lightning chakra into the ground, where it negates itself, while keeping the main body insulated. Be it a blast of lightning, or a sharp spear, it will all be attracted towards the air-terminal due to the opposite charges attracting each other.

Description: As a simple and efficient technique, this technique allows the user to generate techniques that have their own sense and tracking ability. Once the user has selected a source of foreign chakra (the opponent), he can activate the technique. This allows the techniques to track the target and hit him (simislar to homing missiles), and thus, in a way, forcing the target to counter all attacks instead of dodging them. Techniques like a simple fireball, when launched, will shoot towards the target. Should the target dodge the attack, the fireball will change its direction and attack the target again. The projectiles while under the influence of this technique, will defy the laws of gravity to hunt the target. For example, a huge rock will shoot up into the sky if the target is flying etc. The activation of the technique is instant, as it causes no harm as a stand alone technique. The user sends out an omni-directional pulse of chakra, allowing any and all his techniques to take on this property. This ability however does not provide any sentinence to the technique, but simply the tracking and homing ability. Also, this technique does not extend to sentinent creatures/techniques as they have a mind of their own.

The user channels his shadow chakra throught his body before releasing it from the sides of his body and back, to create huge arms that extends from the body. The arms are larger than normal human hands (twice their length) and are located two on the user's either sides and two on his back. They look more like a giant's arm. The arms being composed of shadow chakra, are made quite strong; in a sense that they have similar properties of strength like "Earth Spear Technique" enabling them an upper hand in close range combat. Using a technique to pierce or destroy the arms would be quite difficult. The hands are all webbed, allowing the user to swim in water at very high speeds. Normal human have a very slow swimming speed as their body is not specifically made for such activities. However with these additional webbed limbs, the user can easily compete the fastest mammals in water. Each hand can easily cover up the user's half body, protecting him against the opponent's techniques. Once the user grabs the opponent, he can form a handseal and cause multiple shadow spikes (up to 2 meters) to emerge from these hands that would pierce the opponent's skin, into his body and cause more harm (30 chakra, 60 damage, requires another move slot). These spikes are quite tangible and can bend according to the user's wishes.

The sword is very resilient and extremely useful against Fire attacks or Fire enhanced weaponry. The sword, once formed, can be thrown as a projectile or wielded. If thrown, it will do menial damage (C-Rank) but it can be wielded as any other sword and due to its incredible sharpness, can be quite dangerous. It can be used for melee based Kenjutsu attacks.
Note: While the sword is being sustained, the user can only mold Water Techniques.

This technique does not increase the power in water techniques, however the solidity granted by it allows the water technique in question to play on equal terms with water's elemental weaknesses like Earth Style. This application can be used on techniques within reason, and things such as a lingering mist wouldn't be able to compress unless already manipulated into some shape or form. (Dragon, Tentacles etc) If used with sustained techniques, the user will have to feed it chakra to maintain the compression of the technique.

Description: ZKKK is a blade crafted out of a very rare and indestructible white alloy, however that does not mean it can defend against anything/everything. The sword itself is eight inches wide, consisting of a single sided sharp edge however the dull side of the blade contains two small curved teeth that stick out two inches. The teeth are evenly spaced apart between a hollow opening the blade has near the lower end, the opening is large enough to fit a human head/neck, designed mostly for decapitations with it's inner sharp edges. The sword's blade is five feet in length, having the one foot handle covered in a layer of rubber which is laced by a bandage to disguise it, this would prevent the conduction of electricity. The end of the handle consists of a small rectangle ring big enough to fit two fingers comfortably. A small chain of six inches in length is attached to the rectangular ring, something that could be used to handle the blade in various acrobatic ways by spinning it. At the end of the chain there is a small crest with the symbol of Water, displaying it's origins. The blade's decapitating core/opening can be fueled with chakra and use the sword itself as a water-natured catalyst in order to fill it with a syrup-like substance that could be manipulated to perform special water related abilities;

Syrup Core - The user is able to shape manipulate the source and extend it to create various constructs, up to the user's imagination and within reason, most in the theme of limbs or whips of water that can extend up to mid range and are no thicker than a human's arm. The constructs can be condensed enough to bind targets or even release as projectiles. up to two whips of Syrup-based water that could be used to deal whip/blunt force damage or bind a target(s) causing them to be trapped within the Syrup. With the usage of a single hand seal the user can cause the syrup to expand upon a captured target(s) in order to bind them in place, this ability is C-Rank.

Elastic String - By focusing chakra through the Water crest, the user can materialize a string of elastic water syrup. The string is long enough to reach up to a long distance and can be used to further enhance the manipulation of the blade in combat. B rank in strength.

Inner Mist - By feeding -5 chakra per turn, the sword is able to produce a mist of water vapor in a short range radius around the user, the vapor would escape from the core of the blade. Just like the Hidden Mist technique, this mist can vary in terms of thickness, being able to manipulate it at will with the influx of chakra released, although it will always remain at -5 no matter how thick or thin the mist is. The mist produced by the blade can be treated the same as the Hidden in the Mist technique and be used as a source for possible attacks. Not only can the sword produce a mist but it can also turn itself mist. This ability is in order to avoid certain tangible situations or to retrieve the sword from a distance, using mental commands and chakra manipulation to control the sword in it's mist form. The sword can either turn fully or partially into a mist.

This ability is in order to avoid certain tangible situations or to retrieve the sword from a distance, using mental commands and chakra manipulation to control the sword in it's mist form. The sword can either turn fully or partially into a mist.

Mist Manipulation - The mist lingering around the user or the sword itself can be manipulated to form anything within reason that can be imagined by the user, excluding projectile based objects. The manipulated forms can extend up to mid range and are B rank in strength/cost. If fully compressed/manipulated the mist rivals that of a large size bear.

Description: This taijutsu technique utilizes the user’s increased agility capabilities as well as his raw strength. The user will quickly launch themselves from their current position in order to travel in a curled arc (the angle of the movement is decided according to the situation). As the user travels in the movement he will focus wind chakra over the entirety of his legs in order to coat them in a powerful layer of cutting wind. The user will then perform a powerful, rotating kick as he passes by the target. In addition to the physical damage, a portion of the wind layer is released upon contact to form a tornado around the target. This tornado rapidly spins the target in order to disorient them to a high degree in order to allow the user to continue his assault. After passing by the target, the user will continue their arcing motion in order to circle back around at the target, striking them again with the same movement. This process is repeated over and over again until the user makes the required movements to successfully destroy his target. In the end, a complex, circular, looping figure would mimic the path taken by the user. If the successive kicks are used on the same target, each kick releases an additional tornado which spins the target at higher speeds. The user can also change the target of each successive kick, targeting multiple objects/people/formations (however the overall rank is also divided equal to the number of targets).

When the user connects with it, the platform absorbs the movement of the user and then releases it forward, acting almost like a trampoline in order to propel the user from the platform at speeds exceeding his ordinary capabilities. At each successive platform, the user’s speed increases by 25% (up to a max of 100%) because of his continually increasing speed being rebounded. (Ex: The user rebounds off two platforms, each platform increasing his speed by 25%. The user now travels through the air at 1.5x his original speed). As long as the user has his speed increased by at least one platform, the user’s next immediate taijutsu technique is empowered by +20. (Ex: The user rebounds off one platform, gaining speed. Using the speed and increased force, the user travels towards the ground and punches through a boulder.) The speed gain only applies to the user’s traveling speed while utilizing the platforms and is not a sustained ability.

The sheet gives off a greenish hue and is very strong and durable yet being flexible as well. The size, strength and thickness of the sheet can vary depending on how much chakra the user inputs. It can be like a small .5m by .5m handkerchief to as big as 15m by 15m. The sheet is created short range but can travel up to Mid range when needed by the user. The sheet can be used to wrap around an object and move them, or push object out of the way. It can be used to catch large or small earth materials used by an enemy and throw them back at the opponent. Alternative roles it can play is acting like an umbrella over the user, a make shift bridge or a little fan. Overall the sheet is to act as a general battle aid with not much offensive capabilities. However it is capable of doing physical damage by smashing into the opponent or wrapping around them and squeezing. The sheet also requires constant focus and as such cannot use another jutsu while the sheet is being used.

Description: The user will perform three handseals and focus their koton chakra into the ground to create an armored knight known as the Black Prince. The knight’s body is composed of the blackest steel and possess a similar but superior level of sentience to that of the Stone Golems. Though indistinguishable from the pitch-black darkness of the steel, several interconnected seals ornament the length of the knight’s body. Visually, their shape could be described as being akin to flame and are highly reminiscent of the markings that cover Sasuke's face in his initial Cursed Mark state. Contained within the seals is a portion of the user’s chakra. The chosen value can be any number up to the user’s remaining chakra but the minimum it can be is 30 chakra. The Black Prince, also known as Kuroi, possess two main abilities. He uses the chakra contained within the seals on his body to perform his abilities and maintain himself. As such, his utility is highly dependent on how much chakra was given to him. The knight lasts until he runs out of chakra. If the user makes contact with the knight, he can restore it's chakra (doesn't cost a move).

His first ability, similar to the canon technique Steel Release: Gallant Knight, is his capability to use A-Rank and below Steel techniques. However his steel jutsu possess a special trait and their constitution is made up of thousands upon thousands of extra fine wires. This difference to ordinary steel jutsu will be imperceptible to the naked eye, at least until the technique is struck by an attack insufficient in destroying it. Any damage dealt to the technique will be rapidly undone as the wires rearrange and sew back together as necessary to undo the damage sustained by the technique. This restoration to full power can happen continuously and each time it happens additional chakra (10 per regeneration) will be deducted from the knight’s personal store of chakra. The purpose of this chakra is to replenish any wires that were destroyed in the clash and restore the technique to full power. This regeneration is utterly powerless against techniques of equal or greater power. Regeneration counts as a move but it doesn't need to be initiated, the user is simply free to perform other techniques while it occurs.

His second ability is his capability to “merge” with one of the user’s steel techniques. This can be done for two different purposes. The first only pertains to defensive/supplementary jutsu and serves to bolster their power. The technique merged with will become capable of defending up to 40 more damage points than usual. If used in this way, the Black Prince will effectively be terminated and his remaining chakra will be forfeit. Alternatively, he can merge into a steel technique (regardless of it’s type) to sustain it beyond it’s usual duration. The fused technique will now be sustained by the knight via the chakra stored inside the seals. If a technique previously required active maintenance (e.g. something akin to the Great Stone Golem), it will no longer require such. If a steel technique restricted the user's elements or abilities in any shape or form, it will no longer do so as the chakra in the seals assumes the role of sustaining the jutsu on their behalf. The jutsu will be sustained at the cost of 10 chakra per turn and so the number of turns it can remain active depends entirely on how much chakra the seals on Kuroi’s body contain.

Description: This weapon, also known as Lord Vile, is a pitch-black armour composed of steel. The metallic armour is larger than the user and envelops them entirely, with the exception of his eyes, where a visor in the form of a single slit can be seen. The chassis of metal takes on a medieval style and possess a glossy metallic sheen. It is the work of the delicate and nuanced workmanship of its smith's utmost effort, succeeding in granting it an air of formidability and a fine construction. It is an armor that can be called neither exquisite nor crude, and it instead perfectly melds magnificence and functionality. It is carved with countless marks and scratches, the highlights of his various military exploits etched into it to add a touch of valor. In terms of it's base level of strength, the armour is the equivalent of an S-Rank steel technique and can be destroyed by techniques following Koton's elemental S/W. Since it is treated as a koton technique, jutsu that utilize existing steel can be used on/applied to it. The armour has the same functionality and abilities as the one in Steel Release: Resurgence of Savagery.

The chassis of steel is composed of thousands upon thousands of extra fine wires though this difference is imperceptible to the naked eye. This makes it as light-weight as the armour created in Steel Release: Authority of Arthur and allows reshaping of it to a limited extent. The user can passively create or close openings anywhere on the armour or "unwind" different part(s) of it into the wires which compose it (e.g. the gauntlets will unwind and the wires which formed it will simply hang there or wrap around another part of the armour). This is done to expose different parts of the user's body in order to facilitate the release of techniques such as those spewed from the mouth. Lord Vile also has an array of ornamental seals decorating it's body, not unlike the those exhibited in Curse Mark Level 1 in appearance. Being of the same complexion as the armour, they cannot be distinguished from it with the naked eye. Due to it's unique composition, seals which are normally placed on the body can instead be placed on the armour.

Through the continuous infusion of chakra, Lord Vile has developed a degree of sentience. It passively saps chakra from the user's body to sustain this sentience and will do so even if the user finds themselves unable to use or mold chakra. Barring the complete sealing away of the user's chakra (which is synonymous with death), the armour will always be capable of leeching their host's chakra. Through mental commands alone, the user can freely control the movements of the armour, granting him an unparalleled ability in combat. As the user and the armour possess a symbiotic relationship, the latter can aid the user in the molding of chakra. Techniques which normally require a handseal of some sort can instead be performed through motioning the armour in some way (e.g. swiping the arm or clenching the gauntlet into a fist). This is a passive ability but it can only be used on techniques which require a single handseal.

Rules of all upcoming cycles
1) Checking will happen throughout the week rather than at the end. Only make your submission when its complete as its liable to being checked there and then. No need to rush like crazy to submit your stuff since as you've seen, I check things in a random order.

2) To avoid clutter you're only allowed to make one post. This means if your post is checked and it only contains one technique, you cannot make another post to submit additional techniques. If you wish to submit the full three techniques, I suggest you post them all in one post when all of them are ready.

3) Of course this means resubmissions in the same cycle are no longer allowed.

The user will make 2 handseals before channeling his chakra into the brain of the target, putting them into a genjutsu. Once the handseal are made, the genjutsu is activated. Three golden doves will appear to be summoned by the user, in which the doves will fly towards the target instantly. The three doves circle around the target’s head, rapidly molting there feathers and moving quickly around the target. The feathers that drop have a similar effect to Temple of Nirvana Technique, which the feathers begin to induce drowsy. The birds are flying at a well-balanced pace, but move quickly around in a circle motion. The motion of the birds becomes so fast it appears as if they are moving in the other direction, causing multiple hallucinations of appear, such as more than the original three doves to seem to have created more. This causes dizziness and strain to the eyes of the target, causing mental pain at the time. If they do not break the technique within a turn, the target will become tired and eventually fall asleep. In reality the target is unharmed, however is wide open to an attack.

Also, the target has no obligation to look up and observe the birds, wouldn't merely ignoring them/refraining from looking at them negate a large bulk of what this technique is trying to accomplish? All that would remain is the ability to induce drowsiness but that would simply make this a carbon-copy of the technique you mentioned.

Description:
A weak but funny and probably effective genjutsu, the user will channel a small portion of chakra into the brain of the target by making a hand seal. The user will then create 3 illusion clones that will appear behind the target. Two will hold the target in place, while the third one appears in front of the target. The third clone will be created with a spoon and plate with a large slice of chocolate parfait in it. The clone will then force feed the target with the cake, till the target is filled with the cake. The two clones behind will then seemingly increase the weight of the target, however this is them actually creating a false sense of sudden weight gain and obesity. The target clones will then disperse, and the technique remains in effect for 4 turns, causing the target to feel as if their body is extremely over weight and under a lot of pressure. When the clones are created and lock the target, if the target is moving in reality they will suddenly stop moving in coherence to the clones locking there body movement. This doesn't mean they can’t move in reality, and the user can’t stop a moving target that is moving beyond their tracking speed (e.g a person who might be moving twice as fast as the user, if the user can track them, the technique can’t work).

This doesn't work on people moving faster than the user for some reason and yet you mention "if they user can track then, the technique can't work".
