Sasuke is nothing but susanoo chidori/amaterasu and maybe rinnegan. Naruto can use one move with different elements and have vastly different effects compared to Sasuke. Naruto has way more potential in one move than Sasuke has in like 5 of his since they ALL do the exact same thing. Whether chidori or amaterasu sword it's the exact same results. Even kagatsuchi is just a glorified amaterasu.

Sasuke has used several different Fire Techniques,Several different Chidori ,and Enton variants,even using it in combination with his sword. Multiple stages of Susano'o, multiple attacks with Susano'o- Susano'o arrows, Susano'o Amaterasu Arrows, Susano'o Swords, Susano'o Amaterasu orbs.

He has also used Genjutsu in multiple ways,such as to replay memories,extract information from people,paralysis, to control his targets, and to knock them out. He has shown multiple different usages for every one of his powers.

The Sharingan can copy all jutsu besides KKG,and the Rinnegan allows the user to be able to use all 5 basic nature elements,meaning Sasuke can learn/master the ones he hasn't yet,Wind,Earth,and Water.Sasuke has the potential to learn/master nearly all jutsu.

To be fair Sasuke's current moveset is just Chidori variants just like Naruto's moveset is Rasengan variants, plus Rasengan > Chidori

In terms of potential i think Naruto's is bigger since he currently has access to the forbbiden jutsu's scroll which only kage can read

Sasuke used a Lightning style jutsu.I don't know if it was Chidori but even if it was he still used it in a new creative way.

Also every time Rasengan ever clashed with Chidori they were equal, and as you see above Sasuke's potential is far greater than Naruto's.

@Tsuna: There's no reason why Naruto shouldn't have Wood Release given what we've seen in the series. Obito, Danzo, and Naruto all had a prosthetic arm made of Hashirama's cells, which gave Obito and Danzo access to Wood Release. It should be the same for Naruto.

@Naruto X Hunter: Yes, Sasuke has tremendous potential. However, the same can be said about Naruto's potential. He's listed as a legit bloodline user in the databook due to having Boil Release, Lava Release, and Magnet Release from the Tailed Beast Chakra. There's also the unique abilities from the other Tailed Beast Chakra, such as Gyuki ink powers (sealing jutsu) and Chomei's glitter powers, which can blind enemies with a bright light. He should have Wood Release too, along with Hashirama's healing powers.

There's also the fact that he should be able to use any random technique seen in the series, including bloodline limits. Madara spontaneously used Storm Release out of nowhere. He also used Yin Release with no problems. That was a power associated with Madara being a Jinchuriki. Since Six Paths Senjutsu gives the user a perfect understanding of chakra, Naruto can easily master almost any given technique that he wants with very little problems. Even Genjutsu should be in his ballpark now.

As seen with the Edo Kages, being Hokage must mean having certain techniques taught before taking the position, since all four knew how to use barrier techniques. There's also the fact that Naruto should have has access to plenty of jutsu scrolls given his position.

There's plenty of things that Naruto is capable of. However, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he only used clones and Rasengan given the fact that that's how his character was developed.

Naruto has near unlimited potential. He can learn any jutsu minus eye jutsu (sharingan/rinnengan/byakugan). He can learn all the KKG element jutsu (without needing the tail beast) because he can create the TSO. The TSO is the combination of all the elements/ying-yang. The manga stated to use KKG elements the user simultaneously creates the necessary elements and then combine them together. So if he can create all the elements/ying-yang and combine them all together then he create any combination of elements/ying-yang.
